"This review is for the red chilaquiles. First of all, I expect my tortilla chips to be nice and crispy, but unfortunately, I received chips that were more like soggy bread—absolutely terrible. The red sauce lacked flavor; it felt like I was eating watered-down chilaquiles sauce. To make matters worse, it took 20 minutes to get my food, which is unacceptable. The owners really need to address the issues with their cooks because, frankly, the quality is disappointing!"

I stood in line for far too long without any acknowledgment, while she and her coworkers were laughing in the back.
