"Absolutely amazing food (in taste, proportion and presentation) exceptional customer service both at the table and the front desk. We are visiting from Colorado and decided to eat here based on the online reviews and recommendations from family that live here. I had the Baja Benedict and my partner had the cinnamon roll French toast, both were great! The waitress was awesome and when we went to check out we decided to buy some shirts because they have very creative, unique and patriotic designs on them. The kind woman at the host stand tried to help me find the one I was looking for but we were not able to. She got the owner (Mo) a very nice gentleman and even he helped. He asked us to wait a moment and went into the back, low and behold he returned with the design I was hoping to find. Overall it was a 10/10 experience and we will definitely be back! Thank you to all the team at Grannies and to the awesome owner Mo!"

"Best, delicious, relaxed Fathers Day Brunch anywhere! Excellent scramble special today and wonderful pancakes, salads, French toast, eggs, sausages and more! We tried it all. The coffee was never cold and was refilled with courtesy. Staff was supreme in friendly service and effective communication! All food was delivered hot and sumptuous. People in our group were excited to plan to come back to try other menu items soon! The wait staff helped us so that both daughters could split the Fathers Day meal, many thanks for the effort. We loved the decor, which included roosters as well as Joshua trees in a set which may have been photographed at Joshua Tree National park."

"So after a tennis workout we decided to have Mexican dinner. There are A LOT of Mexican restaurants now here in Bartlett. I have read about Las Palmitas and thought we would give it a try. This is small place compared to most restaurants around. No patio but It so quaint with enough tables to social distance. The waitress brought us chips and salsa. The chips reminded me of the ones served at Las Delicias. Although the ones at Las Delicias are warm. Salsa here is not as good as some of the other Mexican restaurants I've been to. I ended up ordering street tacos and soft tacos. I was surprised how good the street tacos were. I would say better than Las Delicias or any other Mexican place I've been to. Soft tacos looked good but I did not try ...that was what the bf ordered. He seemed to enjoy it. I will definitely be back and try other items on there menu. They definitely give you a lot of meat for the tacos. They do serve bottled beer at $3.75"

"Street parking is available. Place is pretty spacious with a lot of tables so I didn’t have to wait for a table. The tables are pretty tight so if you were unlucky like me got seated with a toddler next to you, you’ll feel every little pound/kick. Was greeted right away by the server and got our drinks. My mug had a crack on the top part where I would sip out of so I requested for it to be transferred to a new mug and the server did it without a question. Our order was taken and I just mentioned I was splitting my Crab-Baby Eggs Benedict and it came out already split for me without asking. It was DELICIOUS! My sister got the Hen House Omelet and it was too sweet for my taste. I took a bite and couldn’t eat anymore."

"June 30, 2024: An authentic little taste of Europe here in Reno. I had the curried chicken salad on a croissant with a side of potato salad. Both were excellent and I appreciate the cookie that was added. The menu boasts quite a selection of breakfast and lunch options. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying several other things. July 5, 2024: Today I tried the Weinerschnitzel. It is made with chicken here instead of veal. It is dry and paper thin see picture. It is served with mixed vegetables (broccoli, zucchini, and carrots), with a choice of potatoes or spaetzle. I ordered the spaetzle picture below. My only other experience with spaetzle was in Switzerland where it was awesome. It's just ok here. Go with something else..."

"I have visited this restaurant multiple times and I absolutely love their chicken and waffles. The chicken is perfectly crispy and has just the right amount of spice. The waffles are also delicious. Recently, we ordered the doughnuts and they were amazing! I recommend asking for extra syrup though, as they don't give you much. Be prepared to wait for seating, service, and food as it can be a bit slow. However, if you have some time to spare, it's definitely worth it. The parking lot is convenient and the seating is comfortable. The staff is also very friendly."

"So not worth the money. The food was sub par and for the quality and serving size it 's way overpriced. I would not eat here again. The staff is friendly and the service was great, but not the sandwiches. The cheese on the grilled cheese was barely warmed, not close to melted. The Reuben had two pieces of meat and I had to search for the Swiss cheese. Also when the Reuben says it comes with dill pickle it 's sliced and IN the sandwich. That really altered the traditional Reuben taste and not in a way that I enjoyed. And I like dill pickles. The fries were good, The cole slaw was watery and had an odd taste. It was a half cup serving for $5.99. I had 1 bite, my husband had 1 bite to confirm and I told the server it wasn 't good. She said she 'd relay the message, but I had to request it be taken off my bill. The atmosphere is nostalgic and maybe the breakfast is good the menu is mostly breakfast foods, but the food we tried was not good. We will not return."

"We celebrated a birthday on a Monday night and the place was pretty well occupied. There were some large parties (7+ people . Granted, we went on 12/27, so maybe people took time off for the holidays but they seemed quite understaffed. "This is a fantastic restaurant in the area! They offer a wide variety of delicious food at great prices. "Tom's Famous Family Restaurant #24 is easy to find, sitting streetside in a small plaza. Walking in, I noticed first that the place looked clean... Almost sterile. I was surprised right away to see a three-foot tall robot talking and delivering mealsfrom the open kitchen to the dining room! How fun is that?! We ordered at the counter. A QR on our chosen table didn't work, butthe one at the register gave online access to the menu. Of course, a menu sign hung over the waffle-House-style kitchen forthose who preferred it. Prices were fairly reasonable and we paid in advance at the counter. I didn't leave a tip on the bill,assuming we'd be served by R2D2. But it was a human who served coffee and soda to our table. Shortly after, two piping hotbreakfast plates appeared. The food was fresh and well cooked, but I prefer a bit more seasoning on the eggs and hashbrowns. Mybiscuits and gravy was delicious and the chicken-fried steak; tender and tasty, properly smothered in gravy. Service wasreasonably good, although I had to walk to the counter to ask for ketchup, only to be told to scavenge it from another table. Idid leave a tip in the tip jar. All in all, worth a visit!"

"I love this restaurant for its no-nonsense food. They serve the best and freshest hash browns in town. I usually come here for breakfast, no matter the time, but their burgers are also delicious. I am glad that they have not tried to be too fancy. I really enjoy the laid-back atmosphere at Mary's. I recently dined here alone on Saturday, and the waitstaff was still very attentive, even though the restaurant was not busy. The staff and chefs are wonderful, making this a great local spot. The bacon besides being over cooked, had also more salt than what I considered possible. 3 Stars. 2 Albóndiga Soups, at $7.99 each. Two slices of tomato floating with no apparent plan. 3 Meatballs Mexican style with average flavor. Not a memorable dish, and one best not to repeat. 3 Stars. One Beef Tamale, $3.49. Soft, Bulky, stuffed with shredded beef, not particularly good, nice sauce, and cold in the center. Edible. 3 Stars. Chips were nice. Salsa very nice! Belgian Waffle (1 with two plump sausages, scrambled eggs and dedicated fixings. That one for Big Mama, a senior with a voracious appetite, never ending if allowed to continue. "Avoid this place at all costs! The service is terrible, with rude staff who fail to bring your food, fail to inform you when they are out of certain drinks, and even get your order wrong. When I requested a refund due to the poor service, they claimed to have technical difficulties and left me waiting without providing a refund or offering an alternative solution. They even asked me to come back after I had already left the restaurant to receive my refund, which is extremely unprofessional. Despite calling the next day to follow up, I have yet to receive my refund. Unless you enjoy headaches, bad service, and a terrible dining experience, stay away from this place. "I've visited this restaurant at least three times over the past three to five years, and each experience has been different. The first time, I tried their vegan beet burger, which was just okay. When I returned with family for a second visit, they had the Impossible burger, and it was fantastic—definitely the first time I had ever tried it, and I was thrilled to return. However, when I finally went back in February 2020, they no longer offered the Impossible burger. Instead, they had a Beyond burger option, but it was disappointing. I suspect they can't source the Impossible brand now that it's become popular, and are opting for the cheapest Beyond option available. I'm not sure if I’ll return."
