"Service Chicken Waffles Coffee Service We waited 11 minutes for our waiter to give us menus or water after sitting down. This started the meal off on a bad note. However, after that initial wait, our waiter was great. Chicken and Waffles I had the chicken waffles. It is a traditional Belgian waffle with three chicken strips that are moderate in size. The chicken to waffle ratio is probably 4:5. It came with syrup and a little whipped cream on the waffle. Overall, the meal was filling but nothing special. Solid meal, and I 'd get it again. But, not so good that I have to recommend it over all the other options. Coffee They have bottomless coffee and are pretty generous with their pours. They come with a standard assortment of creamers and sugars. Therefore, I highly recommend getting coffee with your meal. Why not 5 stars: We waited 11 minutes before we received a menu or water. The restaurant has you seat yourself, and they have a sign that says, please be patient. We are understaffed. But waiting 11 minutes is a bit excessive. Once we had our waiter he was great. But, that initial wait dropped a star. Pro Tip: They have a lot of parking. So, no need to worry about adding time. Pro Tip: Be aware of going on Sundays. It is a very popular brunch spot. Also, it is very popular on Saturdays because it is next to Costco."

Our first time here since the place was the Food Factory was mostly OK. The menu is well varied and Bill was a great serve. But until I got him to change the channel the TV were on some awful channel that made Fox seem tame. So I won't be going back anytime soon.

Only place we could find open 4th of July morning. It was busy but man were they on it! Servers were happy helpful and on the ball. Food came out fast for how busy it was. Grate atmosphere! Not to loud and cozy. Food was the best ever! I recomend the chicken fried stale. Coffee is the best I had in Fairbanks! This place is wonderful!Food: 5/5

Looks can be deceiving. When the waitress opened my container to ensure my order was correct, I noticed that my toast did not appear to be stuffed . She assured me that the order was correct. When I finally dug in, I was pleasantly surprised to see just how stuffed my Stuffed French Toast was. It was absolutely delicious. Will definitely order again. View menu

I ordered biscuits, hash browns, gravy, two eggs cooked medium, sausage, and coffee. The coffee was excellent! Unfortunately, the gravy was overly floury and lacked flavor. The hash browns started off good, but halfway through, they had an odd taste that made me worry about getting sick, so I stopped eating them. Overall, it was the worst $20 I've ever spent, but I must say the service was really good!

It was a nice little restaurant to have a quick breakfast with my step-mom. The food was hot, served fresh, and tasted delicious! The menu had a nice selection and is family friendly.Kid-friendliness: They have seats for the little ones with a menu for their tastes, if you know what I mean! If you don't, it means a picky eater can get something without being too expensive.Parking: parking is just outside the doors, on the side and in back.

I waited for 20 minutes while the server tended to other customers all around me. I truly felt invisible, as if she looked right through me before rushing off to attend to anything except bringing me a cup of coffee and a menu. I’m not sure if it was because of my age, my visible disability, or simply because the server was inept, but after explaining my experience to the hostess, I decided to leave and drove to McDonald's for something that resembled breakfast. UPDATE: dropped down to 3 stars based on their performance… food is not so great lately, skimping on sauce and meat in the skillets, upcharging huge amounts for any changes (even for home fries instead of hash browns), and now the pancakes are lacking! Seriously going down hill fast!! My Bon Jour skillet in the picture had about 1/8 cup of broken Hollandaise sauce, literally 4 tiny pieces over cooked chicken strip, and not much else! (2/6/23)Good food, sometimes good service…Not open for dinner. Old man server can sometimes be cranky, and mornings and weekends can be very packed.

Not sure if the cooks know what seasoning is. Hash browns were plain. Biscuits were still uncooked in the middle.The steak and eggs breakfast was terrible. The steak looked like it was cut lengthwise so it was super thin. Asked for it to be medium rare before we knew how thin it was going to be.
