"I'm sorry to say that this will be my last visit here. I used to come weekly, but since they got new servers, my experience has taken a turn for the worse. Today, the server didn't bring the chips and beans that are usually served right away. I also had to wait for water after I ordered a hot drink, which only arrived after my appetizer, and I had to remind her about it. When it did come, it lacked flavor and had an oddly thick consistency that wasn't traditional at all. The tortillas were cold, and I opted for water instead of the atole. Unfortunately, the water was at room temperature and tasted unpleasant. The service is extremely slow, especially considering I'm the only customer here. The last time I visited, I experienced the same poor service. The ambiance isn't great either, but I used to come for the nostalgic Guatemalan food. I'll definitely be searching for a new restaurant because this one has really disappointed me."
