"I was very disappointed with the experience I had during a phone conversation while trying to plan a corporate Thanksgiving dinner with a Puerto Rican flair (yes, I am Puerto Rican). I initially called the location on Fullerton Ave, but their phone wasn’t working, so I reached out to the Harlem Ave location instead. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with was not very helpful. I explained that I was trying to contact the other location, but all he said was that if they didn’t answer, it meant they were busy. I reiterated that their phone was not working. "
