"Asked for 2 Passion Fruit Margaritas, took 15 minutes to get it. The Bartendar kept taking other orders and not fulfilling the order I placed. Then the Bartendar asked if I wanted Alcohol in Margarita..Its a Margarita.. of course it needs alcohol! Another Bartendar 'fixed the drink ' but it still wasn 't a Margarita! Food came out Lukewarm. When the bill was received, prices were not the prices on the menu. Then I was told that the ppl that frequent the location knew the prices. What? The prices are whatever is on the menu and if the menu was wrong then it shouldn 't have been given out. As an out of towner going to the Springfield Museums and looking for familiar cuisine, close to the location, I thought this would be ideal. IF I am ever in this area again I would rather go to McDonald 's than come back. Horrible Experience!!"

Customers blast music at night until 2 AM, get in fights. Drag race. Place has been shut down before. No one enforces masks. Customers throw trash all over.

We chose this bar because it was conveniently located near the casino. It had a refreshing vibe that was unique and enjoyable. The food was exceptional, and the drinks were strong and fantastic!

I placed my first order from this restaurant today, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. My order was incorrect and I didn't receive the potato salad I had requested. The food that arrived was bland and the chicken was dry. I really should have looked at the reviews before deciding to order. This will definitely be my first and last time here. View menu

it's a hidden gem. it is not in the best part of jumpfield, but safe enough for a quick bite as it is in the city. eating is the best and the prices are reasonable. the personal speaks limited English, but enough to understand their order and make fantastic recommendations. eating is from the Dominican Republic. the staff is very proud and eager to inform them about their culture. very friendly and friendly.

The restaurant is located in a less-than-ideal area of Springfield, but it's safe enough for a quick meal since it's in the downtown area. The food is excellent and the prices are reasonable. While the staff has limited English skills, they can still understand your order and provide fantastic recommendations. They take great pride in their culture and are eager to share it with you, making for a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

I had the worst service I've ever experienced at a restaurant! The staff didn't know how to make a cocktail, and our server was unsure about which menu items were available. The prices for the dishes were written in by hand, and nobody could confirm which price was correct. They explained that the new menus hadn't arrived yet. While the food wasn't terrible, my daughter's bistek was very tough. I tried it once, and that's enough for me. I do not recommend this restaurant. View menu

The food arrived lukewarm. When the bill came, I noticed that the prices were different from those listed on the menu. I was told that regular customers were aware of the actual prices. What does that mean? The prices on the menu should be accurate; if there was an error, they shouldn’t have handed it out. As an out-of-towner visiting the Springfield Museums and looking for familiar food nearby, I thought this place would be a good choice. However, if I’m ever in this area again, I would rather go to McDonald's than come back here. It was a terrible experience!

Ordered over $100 worth of food. I ordered lobster gumbo.... yeah I was excited . Got crawfish instead . no problem stuff happens but it was a mistake so I called to get my money for that specific item back. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. At first they said what was in my gumbo was lobster ... then they said that the chef read it wrong and when I asked her to explain because at first she made it sound like I ordered crawfish, instead of just telling me what she meant she decided to yell at me over the phone. “LISTEN TO ME!” and then continued to yell her explanation. "I'm really surprised I'm writing this review now. Usually this is our restaurant for fast eating. Usually the team members are extremely pleasant and happy to help. this time was a certain employee not kaylee a night supervisor was extremely rude for me from absolutely no reason. my family and I just ordered under $50 worth the food that is normal, but this time we ordered a 30 pack chickenuggets to save a little money. when we came home, our order was short over 6 nuggets, about which I say because there was another Nugget thing in the box, it wasn't really a normal nugget, so I honestly wanted to replace it. I had my reception and kaylee replied to my call. when I tried to explain what happened to her, she asked if I had made pictures? I would never have thought to make pictures of missing foods that could easily be faked, so I didn't think this would be an effective wise to prove that I lacked food. they began to help me because I had already served my children some of the foods, as I had them waiting for us to come home to eat and they were hungry, eating was also cold. I then asked her to talk to her manager what she replied, I am the manager. So I asked to speak to someone else, she told me to stop, then came back and said, "If this really happened, I can't replace the full meal, I can only get her a 8 or 12 piece meal." I told her only the 6 we are really necessary, but why does she ask me when it comes to an order that made her a mistake? She apologised for it, but never before because of the mistake she was rude all the time. I was told I could come back and get the 6 pieces, but I didn't bother me. McDonald’s doesn’t ask that they are guests if it messed up a job, I wouldn’t assume that they’re either especially with one entry. they lost my business."
