I don 't think the other employees, including the owner, realizes the importance of wearing gloves! You guys are preparing SALADS! All RAW ingredients! Therefore; its so easy to cross contaminate foods that can 't be killed with heat, because it 's RAW! there 's also another female that has long acrylic nails, she actually made my salad a couple times, and she wasn 't wearing gloves. I said something to her, and she looked at me like I was speaking in cursive! If there was a closer location, I 'd definitely stop coming here.
