The salad bar at this restaurant features a great selection of options. I usually prefer to replace the chicken with salmon, which is absolutely delicious! The restaurant is usually not very busy, allowing me to get my food quickly. The salads are reasonably priced and generously portioned.

Chop Stop is one of the few places I enjoy in Rancho, and I've been coming here for quite a while. They used to fill their containers to the brim with salad, but I've noticed a significant decrease in portion sizes lately. This is puzzling, especially since the prices have recently gone up.

I'm so happy my friend showed me this place because it is so good! I've always been an avid salad lover, so my review may be biased. However, if you don't like salad this place is great because it has so many options to spice up your salad beyond what you may get from other places. And the sesame dressing is incredible. 2 months later after original post... Every time that I order from this place, Joey, seems to be the ONLY employee that consistently uses his gloves! I don 't think the other employees, including the owner, realizes the importance of wearing gloves! You guys are preparing SALADS! All RAW ingredients! Therefore; its so easy to cross contaminate foods that can 't be killed with heat, because it 's RAW! there 's also another female that has long acrylic nails, she actually made my salad a couple times, and she wasn 't wearing gloves.
