"I would like an awesome review for the great customer service and great enthusiastic employees at sonics on 19. Ave/Hatcher herr shane, the manager was excellent to order my order from another sonic (19th Ave/Deer valley) with a very rude manager, tom asst mngr liz i recently had a very bad experience in the 19th. Ave/Deer valley store, the rude mn my order was made wrong 3 times, so I called a refund of mngr tom rejected after they let know that they were taken sonic corporate office was notified, tom came out to me my refund after he realized that he was audio was recorded by their unprofessional unprofessionalness, his whole demeanor changed. I guess sonic on 19. Ave/Hatcher, the mngr, herr shane, gave excellent service was very understanding and cooperative in the correction of the 19 ave /deer valley chaos for me bcuz by herrn shane, I will go further into his business. many thanks u soo very I appreciate u ur professionalism."
