Sonic Drive-in - Menu

We usually come for dinner/lunch. We never usually have an issue with our orders. Occasionally we have a little mix ups here and there but I will leave that due to it being busy and people being scrambled. I've worked in fast food I get it. We love the food and the staff is friendly.

Changed prices, even tho the menu prices hadn't been changed yet. ? Chicken strips listed for 5 piece 5.99 and went to 8.10!!! Refused to honor prices LISTED on the menu. Done with sonic for good. $35 total JUST for 20 tiny chicken strips. No sides or drinks. I'll take us out to eat next time.

WOW! Don't come to this location often but the food was super fresh; fries are hit or miss at most fast food drive thru but these were PERFECT! My granddaughter said it before me. Grilled cheese was also perfect. She ate everything! Young lady at the window (bluegreen hair) friendly too. Thanks for the wonderful experience! View menu

I just think we need to work on listening. How am I gonna say sausage breakfast burrito as well as the order and still have it wrong? For the supreme instead, filled with tomatos and jalapeños, no meat.... Didn 't get a receipt either, so no proof other than my word. Just disappointing when you want one thing and get something you won 't eat.

Very dissapointed eating here. The Cheeseburger I had was Sloppy and thrown together. Lately the quality of beef is not as good as Sonic 5 years ago in general. The drinks and ice cream is still good. The hot dog I had the second visit had a nasty consistency. Substandard as well. Very rubbery. I hated it. The waitstaff was terrific which I gave an extra star too. Plus, there are no bathrooms there.

always boiled something over? either popcorn chicken or chicken strips or both during single visits. be careful not to complain. show proof of cooked chicken not enough. we wanted to give our children uncooked chicken! only not hard/dunkles chicken without meat inside. (austin bluffs location) 30 minutes in person to (diskusse) and better huh? they finally repaired it. really not fun at dinner time to invite the children to put it back. suggestion: not hang up. no squeezing was just frustration on the customer side. This Sonic is probably the worst in the area. The wait times are insane, especially in the drive up spots. The workers always get your order wrong, but even in the few times they get it right, the food itself isn’t cooked properly. The fries are always soggy, the sandwiches and burgers are always oil logged, and even the drinks aren’t the same any of the times you order them. The workers are usually nice, especially the drive thru attendants. Overall, I think I’d rather drive the 4 miles to get the next closest one over this one

30 minutes waiting for food. manager gave the app the fault that I notified them that I was there. then she said it wasn't her fault if a customer checked in under the wrong stall number. she said her system showed that I was checked under the wrong stall number. but the great Sonic order screen I was sitting next to showed my name and status of my order until it showed that it was ready and left the kitchen. hardly believe that their system cannot communicate the correct stall number between the stall and the screen inside. when my food came out, it was cold, chicken strips were overcooked and I miss the half of the order.
