"Here are a few quick notes:
**Parking:** Good luck! This is San Francisco, so you’re better off finding public parking and walking to the restaurant. If you happen to be near Civic Center, that should work out well.
**Seating:** There is no seating area here; it’s a grab-and-go spot with counter service. Since it was my first time, I felt a bit unsure when I approached the counter and the guy preparing food told me, “You can start your order!” I hesitated, unsure of what to do, but thankfully another staff member stepped in to take my order. You simply come to the counter and tap or type in what you’d like. If you’re familiar with the menu, you’ll be just fine.
**Food:** They offer vegetarian and vegan options, and you can customize your falafel however you wish. I decided to try the chicken shawarma. It was okay; I really enjoyed the pita bread and all the toppings, but I’m still unsure about the chicken itself. I might need to give it another shot.
**Service:** There were only two staff members, but they were friendly and worked quickly. Despite five people being ahead of me in line, my order was ready in about 10 minutes.
Overall, I’d say it’s worth a visit, especially if you're in the mood for a quick bite!"
