"The new ordering system, where customers order first and then build their meals, is not functioning well. There’s no clear signage to inform customers that they need to order before assembling their food, and during busy times, there are often no staff members at the register to assist with the flow of customers. I've visited twice since this system was put in place, and both times my custom sandwich order was incorrect. I typically order and leave, so I only find out about the mistakes when I open my sandwich later. Today, when my sandwich was made incorrectly, the staff member did remake it, but had I not been there, it likely would have remained wrong. It seems that the issue stemmed from the register staff not entering my order correctly; she even admitted she wasn’t sure how to enter my non-standard order. I’ve given this place enough chances, but I'm unimpressed with the service and overall quality, which used to be much better. I won't be returning."
