"I left my purse at the table where I had eaten. When I called back 15 minutes later, I was assured that my bag was safe and waiting in the back. I was told that the two women at the table next to mine had returned it right after I left. I returned half an hour later to pick up my purse, only to discover that a significant amount of cash was missing from my wallet. While I realize it was my mistake to forget my bag, it was still a disheartening experience. As a teacher and student, that money would have made a big difference for me. Although the staff at the restaurant graciously apologized when I followed up, I still find it hard to come to terms with the whole situation; it was quite disappointing and felt like a violation!"

The bagel sandwiches were delicious and the service was quick.The inside dining area is closed (as of may 2023), so the only option is to go eat outside somewhere (there are benches across the street, which is where we sat).

I pick up bagels and coffee from here almost weekly for my team at work. The bagels are great and we especially love the cream cheese varieties. But most of all the staff are the best! I always order ahead on the app and when I show up my order is ready to go and handed to me with a View menu

Service was friendly and prompt, even with a small line this morning. I got a half dozen bagels and two cream cheese tubs and was in and out in maybe 5 minutes! The guy on the registers this morning was very nice. Never been to a Brueggar’s before, so I hurried home to try my bagel. It was fantastic! I will be back.

Overall really disappointing for a place that clearly knows how to make a breakfast sandwich. My sandwich was so thoroughly doused in pepper, I couldn’t even eat it, which was a huge bummer because the bagel was truly fantastic. I ended up dumping the pepper drenched contents and eating the bagel plain. Also definitely don’t bother with trying to order ahead if you don’t want to use Grubhub or DoorDash, the only option is to download their app (which I did). I got there 17 minutes after placing my order, went up to the counter, and THEN they began making my order. Just stand in line and order with everyone else, they’re going to get their food first anyways.
