"I used to order from this place when it was called Penelope's so I decided to give Rony's a try. I ordered a large plain pizza for take out. That's it. A simple order. Got the pizza burned. Took it back inside to get my money back. Was offered another large plain that was already in another box, but I didn't want it. (How long has it been sitting there? Who knows, who cares The owner, I'm guessing, starts talking back to me when I simply stated I wanted my money back. Mind you, I was not being hostile at all. He just didn't want to waste money and throw out the pizza. Maybe don't burn the pizza for your customers next time. So get this, he said it was my fault and that I should've asked for a lightly cooked pizza. Really? You mean that I have to call and order a lightly cooked pizza every time because you don't know how to make pizzas? So, please tell me, who calls and orders a burned pizza? Instead of apologizing, he keeps running his mouth and tells me how he has lots of customers (yet his parking lot is empty). I feel sorry for the fools who order anything from this dirty pizza place. By the way, what do you think he did with the burned pizza he gave me after I returned it? Do you think he threw it out? Nope! He put it on top of his oven and will probably try to pass it off on the next customer. I wouldn't give Rony's pizza to a starving rat, it's that bad."

"When I ordered the chocolate chip pancakes, they seemed to just have chocolate chips scattered on top, almost like a dollop of whipped cream. As for the home fries, they were not what I expected. They were burnt and the shredded kind, which I don't like. If I had known what they would be like, I would have chosen differently. However, I must say that the burger was DELICIOUS—perfectly cooked with a wonderful charred flavor. It was easily the best burger I've ever had, and I can only imagine that the steaks are just as good. The pancakes, despite the chocolate chips being concentrated in one spot, were also quite tasty. They are quite large, which is a plus. Overall, I would recommend this place, but if you enjoy seasoned food, I suggest skipping the pasta."

"When COVID altered our Christmas plans at the last minute on Christmas Eve, we called Southampton Pizza and placed an order for two pies to go. When going to pick up our order, the staff was friendly and in a good mood considering that they were working Christmas Eve. Our food was ready when they said it would be, and the pizza was FANTASTIC. The sauce, the cheese especially the crust. You can tell these folks take pride in the food they prepare!! Highly recommend this pizza joint we'll definitely be back."

"I have been a loyal patron of Prolific Oven since they first opened on University Avenue in Palo Alto, close to Stanford University. There are several reasons why I keep coming back to my favorite restaurant: 1. The food is outstanding; 2. The prices are reasonable; 3. The service is personal and exceptional; 4. "We were a party of four including one child and this was our first time. We were so pleased with the wait staff and the quality of the food. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and we’ll definitely come again. We’re very anxious to sample other items on the menu. The only negative was the high noise level of many voices, but understandedly as the restaurant is small, we were in the middle of the room and tables need to be close to each other."

"I had an amazing experience at this restaurant in Mamaroneck. The food was outstanding, the owner and employees were wonderful, and the prices were very reasonable considering the quality of the food. "A friend had been talking about Kafe Neo and wanting to go. Well it was her birthday so that’s where we decided upon. None of us had been there before so we decided on brunch. WOW!! It was a great choice. The service was excellent. The menu selection excellent with interesting twists on some standard dishes. The food itself was excellent. Our server, Crystal, was very pleasant and accommodating. There are gluten free as well as vegan and even dairy free options. Most of us ate the sweet potato avo toast. Best sweet potato anything I’ve ever had! I look forward to going back for lunch and then again for dinner with my family. Well done Kafe Neo!!"

"I don't understand how a grandma slice can smell so good, given all the ingredients, yet taste completely bland. I tried adding my own seasonings to salvage it, but even then, it was still just crispy cardboard. At nearly $30 for a whole pie, I expected something worthwhile. For some people, $30 represents two hours of work, so that was quite disappointing. The garlic knots, which someone described as "juicy," turned out to be nothing more than oil and grease with a bit of garlic and parsley thrown in. The only redeeming aspect was the chicken soup, which was decent. Unfortunately, I ended up needing a refund. Overall, the experience was unacceptable. You only get one chance to make a first impression, and I won't be ordering from here again."

"Absolutely terrible!!!! I ordered through the Slice app for delivery for Palermo's. The order was delivered 30 minutes past the estimated time. Ok it's Friday night...I could have looked passed it being late; however, the food was terrible! The margherita pizza was made wrong! The steak sandwich has stale bread which was also soggy and it fell apart as soon as I picked it up. (As an aside, I say steak sandwich bc if you don't pay 50 for extra"cheese, you don't get any cheese at all!)I contacted Slice's online chat since that's who my money went to and they contacted the pizza shop. Palermo's said there was nothing they can do because they haven't had any complaints today about any other orders. So I guess my complaint doesn't matter?!?!?If that's how Palermo's wants to treat their customers then they have lost my business."
