"I used to order from this place when it was called Penelope's so I decided to give Rony's a try. I ordered a large plain pizza for take out. That's it. A simple order. Got the pizza burned. Took it back inside to get my money back. Was offered another large plain that was already in another box, but I didn't want it. (How long has it been sitting there? Who knows, who cares The owner, I'm guessing, starts talking back to me when I simply stated I wanted my money back. Mind you, I was not being hostile at all. He just didn't want to waste money and throw out the pizza. Maybe don't burn the pizza for your customers next time. So get this, he said it was my fault and that I should've asked for a lightly cooked pizza. Really? You mean that I have to call and order a lightly cooked pizza every time because you don't know how to make pizzas? So, please tell me, who calls and orders a burned pizza? Instead of apologizing, he keeps running his mouth and tells me how he has lots of customers (yet his parking lot is empty). I feel sorry for the fools who order anything from this dirty pizza place. By the way, what do you think he did with the burned pizza he gave me after I returned it? Do you think he threw it out? Nope! He put it on top of his oven and will probably try to pass it off on the next customer. I wouldn't give Rony's pizza to a starving rat, it's that bad."

we have ordered from here a few times and we love it! big chicken cheese steak stromboli! we added fried tweepers and bananenpfeffer! so good we ordered it for a second night! lol

We have ordered several times and each time you get it WRONG! Tonight was the last straw (order #23). Hot peppers missing as requested, raw onions on the hoagie-when it was asked forNo onions. And Swiss cheese on a cheesesteak when Whiz was requested-really. Oh and you almost forgot to give us our Pizza!!! So Goodbye Rony's. Not ordering ever again
