"I stopped by the Starbucks near the airport at 5:44 PM and only had a $50 bill and 55 cents on me. My Berry Berry with Lemonade and Peach Infusion was $5.55. When I pulled up to the window, the cashier said, “Sorry, we don’t have change. We don’t accept large bills. Do you have anything smaller?” I replied, “No, but I have change.” She then said, “No, it’s fine. This one is on us!” I politely accepted my drink, thanked her, and drove off. I thought that was really sweet of them. Should I have taken the change inside? Maybe they just didn’t want me counting a lot of change while the people behind me were waiting. Oh well, I drove away feeling grateful for their generosity, whatever the reason! Thank you!"

"May 31, 2023. The chic working there according to the receipt is Tanijah. She didn't seem like she wanted to work there.. and she did not communicate my drink to the guy making it. They made 2 other customers drinks before making mine.. and just looked at me standing there as if I just didn't walk from the register to pickup.. they're both Retarded!! Y'all need to hire competent workers. Now I have to go tell yelp don't buy Coffee from there!! Bad customer service.. needs training"

"such confusion when we try to pick up our drinks: 2 of our 3 items order has been called out and we waited that our 2nd drink is ready to stand close. When we approach to pick up the last drink of our order, a separate barista slides our drink of a young lady who approached and took the drink, then the go away. our drink bare to think was not that the young lady who thought it was that we looked at the label to see that it was our drink, but it was drunk. making barista drinks is confused our drink revived, but it is so confused. would not have been confusing, the 2nd barista would not have given our drink to the wrong customers without checking that it was the right drink for the customer, especially as there was a full of orders that had not yet been picked up."

"The staff here is incredibly friendly. This location features a rare Clover coffee machine and offers a selection of reserved coffee beans. The manager, Luis, excels in his role as the barista. I will definitely return to this place. There are two spacious bathrooms, which is great, but I understand that they need to be checked frequently when it gets busy, as that can be a bit concerning."

Despite being the only customer, I waited 15 minutes for two poorly prepared drinks. There were no napkins available when I asked, the whipped cream was watery, and both drinks were made incorrectly. "I use to come here a lot!! The baristas use to be nice and friendly and know what they're talking about when it comes to what goes with their drinks. I came back for the first time again and the barista that works at the register seems like she doesn't know what goes with the one that always order. She started asking me questions. If its ok for me that they put 2% milk and regular milk? and if i want my sweet cream foam on the side? Im hella confusedI actually ordered Venti Iced Caramel Macchiato with extra Caramel and Sweet Cream foam on top. Idk but whatever goes with it Originally I guess?‍‍At other Starbucks, baristas know what goes with the drink that i order but the barista here does not. I made her nervous though but she was nice."

"I am finally making this review. I have been here before and the cashier kept trying to charge me $133 dollars for a drink and a food item . after all the time she took the system kept doing the same she couldn't even offer me a drink. Nothing complimentary and I left without anything running late back from my Lunch break/ today odd a different day and I have nearly forgotten and I'm off today so I go in with a mobile order and the girls are making drinks ok, And I sit waiting and while they sit and talk standing still I'm still waiting. thinking maybe I'm in the wrong place. Waiting 10-15 minutes for a drink because it's busy is One thing, it's really bad costumer service to sit and talk while drinks need to be made. Have fun and all but take your job seriously. You chose it. Drink actually tastes pretty good though. Thanks"
