"I typically enjoy my visits to this Starbucks due to their fast service, but my latest experience was disappointing. Despite being the only customer, I waited 15 minutes for two poorly prepared drinks. There were no napkins available when I asked, the whipped cream was watery, and both drinks were made incorrectly. I won’t be returning if the same barista is working again."
