"If you’re considering dining here, I strongly advise against it. When I tried to request a refund because my order was incorrect, I was met with lies about their no-refund policy. They even called security when I expressed my concerns, which is completely unacceptable.
I ordered food today on my birthday, thinking this restaurant would be a good choice, but unfortunately, I didn’t even get to enjoy my meal. This is a bad business with poor service, and I will not return. They have given Norfolk VA a bad name. As a business owner myself, I believe in putting service and customer satisfaction first, regardless of who the customer is. This restaurant clearly does not share those values and lacks respect for both locals and out-of-state visitors."
