"This location is a complete disappointment. I would give it zero stars if I could. I arrived to pick up my order, and although the email stated it was ready, they told me to wait five more minutes. I double-checked the email, which said, "Your order has been picked up, enjoy!" which made it seem like my pizza had been given to someone else. I understand that mistakes happen, but no one took responsibility or offered to fix the situation. After the initial five minutes, they said it would take another six minutes. Meanwhile, my groceries were melting in the car, and my kids were getting restless. Finally, twenty minutes after it was supposed to be ready, I left with a freshly made pizza and the rest of my order, which had cooled down while I waited. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Also, don't tip in advance when placing an online order; they clearly don't value your business."
