"My total came to $33, including a $5 delivery fee. After placing my order, I called to add two 2-liter drinks. The lady on the phone said my new total was $41. No problem. When the food arrived, the delivery driver said it was only $33. I was ready to pay $41 and told him to keep the change as a tip. He seemed quite pleased with that, but I suspect my drinks were never added to the order, and he pocketed the extra cash. Honestly, I don’t mind if he kept the money; I just want to get what I paid for. When I finally got my food, I was disappointed. The wings looked nearly white and were undercooked—still rubbery and drenched in sauce. The fries were hot but not crispy, which is typical for delivery. My wings were just awful; I took a bite out of one and had a few fries before giving up. I’ll have to recook the wings in the air fryer later. As for the roast beef sandwich for my wife, it was just bread, meat, and cheese—bland but what was advertised. I'm really frustrated because I was craving those wings, which is why I ordered from them in the first place. I checked the receipt and saw phrases like "well done" for the fries and "well done, do not drown in sauce" for the wings. They clearly got the message but just didn’t follow through."

The staff at this location are all incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful. However, I don’t understand why there’s an extra charge for substituting pepperoni with roast beef in a salad. As someone who works in food distribution, I know that roast beef is typically more expensive than pepperoni. If the extra charge were to compensate the cooks for their additional work, that would make sense, but it doesn’t seem to be the case. It just feels like the owners are being greedy.
