"Unfortunately, this place has gone downhill as they have changed management in recent years. We used to be regulars and the last couple of times we were there was no good eating. the chicken parm tasted like a frozen chicken patty that was heated. the artichokes were so salty that I could not eat them, and the melone in the burrata and melon salad was so hard and not ripe at all. the waiter was great, but eating was very good. sadly, our once must go to place, make some changes so that we can come back."

"I friend back home recommended this place. We made reservations for a casual Christmas dinner. We had an awesome 2 top in the front window with all the Lincoln Ave decorations lit up! Great service and food, and we so appreciated it on Christmas after a day of skiing! Italian cream sodas were the bomb, the wedge salad and bread was a great start, our entrees were delicious, and we had coffee and a fudge brownie sundae for dessert. What a wonderful Christmas Dinner!! Thank you!"

"I liked the restaurant. This was new years day and I thought that the help staff was a bit new or inexperienced but certainly not bad. It took a long time to get our food, my friend and I both ordered Cioppino. I thought the fish and shell fish used in the cioppino was very good. The sauce seemed a bit subdued. I thought the tomato could be a bit brighter with maybe a hit of spice. Instead the sauce seemed underwhelmed, but I ate it all. As I love cioppino."

"Another great experience at Oregon Electric Station. The food was fantastic and not terribly expensive we ordered a couple of local favorites that were more reasonably priced. The only issue and not a big deal was that it was Saturday night and kind of busy, so it took a while in between times when our server would check on us. Overall, it was awesome. The food there does not disappoint!"

"The food was very good as well as the service. There was many gluten free options and all of them are marked on the menu. I had the Smokey Tomato Mac 'N Cheese appetizer which I highly recommend (can also be ordered as an entree), the wild Alaskan cod fish chips, and for dessert the chocolate-Kahlua silk pie. I left very full and very satisfied! Also dogs are allowed on the patio and they even gave my dogs a water bowl. The food was very good as well as the service. "This restaurant is primarily worth visiting for its beach view. While the service was friendly, the food was just average. I ordered the breakfast bowl with ice cream, hash browns, and sourdough toast. Unfortunately, the meal was a bit cold when it arrived and didn't feel seasonal. Additionally, there were swarms of seagulls outside, trying to steal scraps from diners. The ocean views are impressive, but the pricing feels too high for the quality of the food."

"It is disappointing that getting additional drinks after our meal is always a challenge. We are usually only served one drink before our meal and maybe one when the meal is served. If we want anything further, we have to flag down wait staff, often not our assigned wait staff, to get their attention. It seems like there is an unspoken two drink maximum policy. This has happened on more than one occasion with different wait staff, which I find odd. Despite this, we enjoy the place and the food."

"my filet mignon was excellent along with the kartoffels and broccolini, deviled ei appetizer and garnelen cocktail excellent. cioppino, my man, was disappointing for him, the tiny scallops were tasteless and chew, they only offered the red sauce not the white sauce. he wouldn't order the court again. our dessert “Death by Chocolate” was excellent. the total experience was very nice, but at the end of the night the fee $20.00 for valet parking did us in that only us from the return to “Odettes”, we have a very high grade restaurant five minutes from our house, the wonderful steaks served so that to travel to new hope is simply not on our list for fine restaurants, and valet parking is no problem. I was happy to sit on a table looking at the water. “Odettes” is not for all! server was good! many thanks for the experience and wish “Odettes”, the best! I am not there."

"We went here on a Friday night on a holiday weekend and expected it to be overcrowded. We were pleased to find that it was only about half full and we sat on a window table immediately upon our arrival. In the evening the service was friendly and friendly. We enjoyed both the food and the wine in this restaurant. The Hahn Chardonnay on the wine menu was excellent – and a perfect companion for the fish. I would recommend this restaurant if you want to spend one or two hours in a beautiful environment with good seafood and excellent service. You should expect to pay 30 to 40 or more for dinner and drinks. Wines varied from 7 to 12 per glass, 38 to 250 per bottle."

"Shame on Open Table. We have loved this restaurant, made a reservation for a birthday celebration, and arrived to find the restaurant closed and the contents liquidated. NO ONE CALLED. Luckily we contacted another restaurant who accommodated the party and we moved that location, albeit having a much later celebration that night. Someone should have called to let us know that the restaurant was no more and Open Table should have known this... Makes me question how well you stay in touch with your restaurants. Now you contact me to have me rate this closed restaurant. Please get your act together."

"We go to Silo Terrace fairly often as it is one of our favorites in San Antonio and, since we often visit NYC, one of our restaurants that could compete well there. Last night’s dinner was the best we’ve had there in a long while. Oyster selection and crab claws excellent, Pecan Crusted Snapper with really tasty fried rice, and cauliflower in a really amazing creamy sauce all were 5 of 5. The coconut pie topped off everything really well. Highly recommended."

"What an amazing place! We have been coming for years and enjoy the Happy Hours and dinner menu when we can. Last night was another reason we always return to Pacifica. A small error in our order was quickly rectified and we were also credited for an item. It wasn’t a big mistake but to have a company hold to a higher standard and ensure each client has a wonderful experience, no marketing their first time or regular customer, is the service you so desperately want when going out can be so expensive. Thank You to everyone at Pacifica for always making our nights out a joyous occasion."

"My family was treated bad and was not allowed to go inside the restaurant since we had a service animal. The owner(Joe) treated us with no dignity and we were expelled from the restaurant stating that our service animal does not have proper documentation and we are interrupting his busy schedule of business. I’m a service connected veteran and I did not expect this. There were so many people in the restaurant and we were embarrassed in front of all. Our K9 for veterans vice president called yesterday and is waiting for a call back from you. Please make a comment about the response and edit it Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"I am in love with Monte's and wish I had come here sooner. It's a hidden gem in the no man's land between Park Slope and Gowanus (a description which I might take umbrage with) that I likely may never have discovered but for Covid, because I started walking to work and one day decided to go down Carroll Street all the way, where I saw this old school place with a sign claiming it was Brooklyn's oldest Italian restaurant since 1906, and decided that I must try it. It took several more months to actually stop for dinner while walking home from work, which is a darn shame. Our welcoming server was on the drinks right away: husband had the Old Fashioned, which he pronounced perfect, and I had a perfect martini served in a metal, Deco style glass. To accompany, we got fresh delicious breads with olive oil/balsamic/chili flake dipping sauce. We looked at each other and said if this is any clue, this is going to be a great meal. Which it was baked clams were plump and well seasoned, although I prefer a little more sauce, and the Caesar salad was dressed perfectly. I had the cavatelli with wild boar ragu at the server's suggestion, which was delicious, and husband had short ribs, which were incredibly tender. They had a great selection of wine by the glass, at decent prices, to accompany the mains. For dessert we went for the cannoli because we were pretty full (honestly I didn't need a dessert but everything else was so good, I couldn't say no), and they were great: three small cannoli with crispy shells, tangy filling, and chocolate chips sprinkled on top. It was not a cheap meal but the bill was fair for the amount of food and alcohol we consumed. Service was great all the way around, and there is ample, comfortable outdoor seating for diners who aren't ready to go inside. This will become a regular stop on the walk home."

"My husband and I had heard great things about Domenico's on the Wharf, so we decided to give it a try last night, and we were not disappointed. Despite the rainy weather, the restaurant was quite busy. We were seated at a window table and received excellent service from Ruben. We started with delicious appetizers - sardines for my husband and shrimp cocktail for myself. For our main courses, my husband had the amazing halibut, while I enjoyed the fish tacos. We paired our meal with a bottle of Pisoni's Lucia Pinot Noir, which was outstanding. We were pleasantly surprised when a table broke out into a spontaneous opera chorus, which we found impressive and thoroughly enjoyed. As locals, we sometimes overlook the larger restaurants near the wharf, assuming they cater more to tourists, but we had a five-star experience at Domenico's. If you want to avoid crowds, I would highly recommend visiting in the winter months."

"It’s been a while since I eat here. We were in town and saw the shuck a buck happy hours. I understood that it is happy hours but overall foods were just ok. I remembered in the past the foods were great. Oysters were rather small but again it was $1 oyster, so we were ok w it. Fried calamari was oily and not crispy. Our server recommended lobster wonton and sushi. Sushi rice was kind of hard and no flavor/ lobster wonton was just meh and not crispy. I think the oil needs to be replaced. Mussels have a lot of sands and gritty, flavor on the sweeter side instead savory. It could be just happy hours thing. Will try again next time."

"So disappointing. I have heard many many mixed reviews about Max A Mia in the past year or more but I still give it a whirl now and then. Recent experience: Wait staff excellent but food was just plain not good. Two appetizers were not very good and then the Tuscan Salad (which I used to get all the time) arrived. Dressing very bland...no taste to the salad. Again...both of us agreed. This time we told Brad about the salad. Did not say anything about the appetizers. They were more than courteous and comped the salads. BUT...in take out orders over the last year, there seems to always be some issue....burnt (beyond eatable) stone pies, missing items. I am not alone thus reason for completing this review. I heard this all the time....and so many of us were regulars at MaxAMia for such a long time. Doesn't stand up to the Max Group standard."

"Our NYE experience was lovely. Right when you walk it, you're met with the smells of richly cooked seafood, delightful carbs and fresh prepared ingredients. We sat at the bar which I would highly recommend for first dates or couples. We made a reservation and it seemed like that was the norm. The staff was great, gave tons of recommendations (including wine and cocktail pairings) and we got to be part of the fun of the busy night! Our meal was the New Year's set menu but everyone sitting around us got dishes from the normal menu and loved them as well! Definitely felt comfortable being more dressed up but nicer casual wouldn't be too out of place. Highly recommend, we will be going back!"
