"We had 4 people in our group. We were seated at a lovely table with a nice view of the harbor, and we had a beautiful sunny day for early March. Our server was excellent and kept a leisurely pace which we preferred and enjoyed. The fresh warm bread and garlic herb butter was a really nice touch. I ordered the blue cheese wedge salad and was expecting a blue cheese dressing, instead it came with a champagne vinaigrette, which I really enjoyed it. The two men in our group ordered the clam chowder and both enjoyed the soup. One noted it was maybe a bit heavy on the bacon but liked that the clams were minced rather than chopped. The only problem experience was with the prawn Louie, where the prawns had an off taste to them. The presentation was beautiful on the salad, just disappointed with the seafood item. We will still plan to visit you again."

Three of us, traveling from the East Coast, went to Domenico's on the advice of our hotel concierge, outstanding choice.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the food was amazing. I thought I was going to have to roll out of the restaurant! We’ll be back!

Had Valentine's Day dinner here with my hubby last night and it was as wonderful as any other time we've been here, day or night, weekend or weekday.

The shark was perfectly prepared. Ask for a window seat overlooking the marina best view at Fisherman's Wharf. This local resident will be returning soon. View menu

Good view (even saw a seal! and nice ambience! The appetizers were delicious and service was friendly. The mains were a little less exciting, but still made for a great first dinner in Monterey, especially at the iconic wharf.

We have been here many times and this time the food was okay. My crab was bad and I told them very kindly and they took it off the bill but then gave us the check very fast and didn’t even ask if we wanted dessert and it was my sons birthday and they knew it was. Very disappointed in the service and food quality this time. View menu

The food was amazing as was the ambience. Our waiter left a lot to be desired, but the other waitstaff and busboys were amazing. Our waiter took our order and brought our check that was about it. It wasn’t busy at all! As soon as we sat down, we told our waiter that we were celebrating a birthday, I guess he forgot because nothing was done for my wife. Other parties in the restaurant were sung to by the staff. We didn’t say anything, but decided to sing happy birthday ourselves. I left a generous tip, not for the waiter, but for the other workers.

We've heard and read about Domenico's on the Wharf, so we decided to try it last night and were not disappointed. It was a rainy night, but still fairly busy. We got a window table, had wonderful service from Ruben, enjoyed wonderful appetizers (sardines for my husband, shrimp cocktail for myself), great main courses (wonderful halibut for my husband and fish tacos for myself), all accompanied by a bottle of Pisoni's Lucia Pinot Noir, which was outstanding. At one point, one of the tables broke out into a spontaneous opera chorus, which was really impressive and thoroughly enjoyed. Ss locals, sometimes, we overlook our larger restaurants down by the wharf, thinking they can be too touristy,...

"This skateboarding themed eatery is legit, no cap just high-quality finger food. First the hot dogs are top shelf no matter how you dress them up. I tried pulled pork and grilled onions on my bacon wrapped dog. I was impressed by the pulled pork and believe that this one item could feed 2 people. Of course I had to try the corn dogs, crunchy sweet outer layer big juicy dog inside. Next I am not a big fan of tater tots however these were probably the best tots I have ever had. They are big crunchy outside soft inside basically perfect tots. Tots take the place of fries here, not my choice but definitely tasty and come in a variety of flavors. I got a blunt, that's code for coleslaw and it was delicious not to sweet, just simple delicious coleslaw, perfect to break up the calorie fest . I didn't try the Brussel sprouts but they are very popular here and the ice cream options are highly rated as well. Very clean establishment, nice outside tables wrapped around the building. They had very pleasant 80s and 90s music, my favorite playing over the speakers inside and out. Weekends they have live music outside on the patio. I'm a skatborder for life and seeing pictures of the ramp I helped build and skated with close friends up on the wall at Lucy's was a surprise and brought back memories. Watching so many locals coming in for grub was great, children seem to love this place. So if you are reading this stop wondering and just go. One last thing yes grom dogs are 3 dollars however most items are priced to match the quality they deliver."
