"We had a reservation but when we arrived the table was not ready. We were told to go to the bar in their other restaurant as there was no room at the bar at Roxana and they would retrieve us when table was ready. We kept on inquiring on whether the table was ready as the night went on and an hour later they told us the kitchen was closed and we had to go someplace else! AMAZING! In all of my years eating out I have never had anything even close to this happen. The Manager said he'd make good on this, but never heard back from him. They did cover the drinks at the bar while we waited and drove us in a van to another restaurant down the street, but nothing else. Shocking to be honest that they didn't even cover an appetizer at the other restaurant for inconveniencing us like this. Bartender was a bit belligerent to other guests and to her manager, but nice to us. Vibe was very uncomfortable in this restaurant. Something is definitely amiss. Do NOT recommend if you want to be assured you eat when you make a reservation!"
