HORRIBLE service worse than ever Will never return

The food and service were outstanding, and the facilities were equally impressive. I would definitely recommend Roxana and would happily return.

We had a delightful experience at Roxana. Vladi was an excellent waiter, and his card tricks really added a special touch! I was a bit worried since we loved the old Henry, but Roxana definitely exceeded our expectations!

I ordered the beef ribs, they were all bone fat when I shared this w/waiter, he had no comment. My husband had a bowl of clam chowder (equivalent to a cup size for $18)! Plates bowls were awful they had a very rough finish to them. Over priced

Great hotel in a beautiful location with amazing views. It was clean with a warm cozy feel. The service was really great. It was the food that was a little lacking. I had the lobster fried rice and it was dry. It was not as good as other meals we had at other high end places on the island. View menu

Really nice experience. It was a surprisingly quiet night and the host was our server, as they were short staffed. He was excellent and provided honest recommendations, which we appreciated very much. Drinks were very reasonably priced. The food was great the Maine Lobster Fried Rice was different and really delicious. Hubby has the lamb chops, also excellent. Overall, a reasonably priced, great meal. We will definitely be back next year.

The waiting staff appeared untrained, and the restaurant seemed under-staffed. There were delays in taking our order, and only one server seemed to have experience. We were two diners seated at a table meant for four. After a lengthy wait that included our drinks, we had to ask the experienced server to remove the extra place settings. Our server was friendly and smiled, but the other staff members simply dropped off our food and left without any interaction or a smile.

We had a reservation but when we arrived the table was not ready. We were told to go to the bar in their other restaurant as there was no room at the bar at Roxana and they would retrieve us when table was ready. We kept on inquiring on whether the table was ready as the night went on and an hour later they told us the kitchen was closed and we had to go someplace else! AMAZING! In all of my years eating out I have never had anything even close to this happen. The Manager said he'd make good on this, but never heard back from him.
