As for me, I haven’t had Osso Bucco in years and was eager to try it. It had a great flavor with a hint of curry. However, I remember Osso Bucco being tender enough to fall off the bone, easily cut with a fork. This time, I found myself needing a knife to cut the meat from the bone and separate the pieces. Perhaps this is just a different preparation, but it wasn't quite what I expected.
