"The restaurant was quite clean but has an outdated interior. The gentleman at the counter, who seemed to be the owner, was very friendly and happy to let me take pictures for this review. I ordered a square slice, which was smaller than a Sicilian slice, topped with tomatoes and red onion. The flavor was delightful, with every bite packed with taste. The crust had a nice crunch while remaining soft on the inside, and it didn’t get overly soggy like some other places do, which I really appreciated. I also grabbed a can of Coke, and my total came to under $6—an incredible deal compared to other places that charge $5.50 to $7 just for a basic slice. Overall, I give Napoli a rating of 5 for its service, quality of taste, and affordability. I’ll definitely be back to try more of their great selection!"

I absolutely love this pizzeria! Their pizza is amazing, and the slices are quite big. I usually get the chicken alla vodka pizza—you really can't go wrong with that!

Had their eggplant panini. It was good but instead of making their paninis in Ciabatta bread they use flatbreads. Overall I enjoyed it as I like to try veggie options around the neighborhood. View menu

Amazing customer service! I received the wrong cake from the delivery person, but the owner kindly replaced it with the right one at no extra cost! Both cakes were delicious! This is my favorite pizzeria in Queens.

I really appreciate seeing the owner enjoying the food he prepares; it gives me confidence that the dishes are fresh and safe to eat. Whenever I'm in this neighborhood, I always think of Napoli Pizza as a great option for authentic Italian cuisine.

The food here is delicious, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. It feels like you have to beg for your meal! We ordered lasagna and spaghetti with meatballs, and they just tossed the bread into the bag carelessly. I couldn't believe it! I hope the owner reads this and takes action, or else this place is going to suffer because of that service! View menu

The staff at this restaurant is consistently friendly and happy to share a joke or have a sincere conversation. The food is outstanding, showcasing a menu that genuinely embodies what you would expect from a true Italian restaurant—far beyond the typical pizza place. Here, you'll encounter real cheese, top-quality ingredients, heartfelt preparation, and authentic flavors that are often lacking in other establishments. While there are cheaper alternatives and certainly Zagat-rated Michelin-star restaurants with a more refined atmosphere, if you seek delicious food at a great price in a welcoming setting, this is the perfect spot for you.

I ordered a large well-done pizza for pickup via Uber Eats on a Saturday night around 9:50 PM. The app informed me my order was ready for pickup at about 10:10 PM. When I arrived at the restaurant at 10:20 PM, I noticed my well-done pizza sitting in its box on top of the ovens. However, the staff member at the counter told me it wasn't mine and that a fresh pizza would be coming out soon. I ended up waiting about 20 minutes for a new pizza to be made, while the original pizza I assumed was mine just sat there, unattended, since there were no other customers in the restaurant. When I finally got my pizza, it was not well-done and seemed rushed. I can't help but suspect that the staff had set...

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
