"Exceptional service, outstanding food, and breathtaking views! I only wish I had a larger appetite to sample everything on the menu. The wedge salad was packed with flavor, featuring generous chunks of bacon and a delightful creamy sesame dressing. The sizzling shrimp were a highlight, perfectly paired with a mildly spicy lobster sauce, and they were incredibly juicy and tender. I ordered the 12oz bone-in cowgirl ribeye, while my wife opted for the 8oz truffle butter filet. Both were cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water! To top off the meal, we shared the absolutely delicious Snickers baked Alaska; it was a remarkable way to conclude our evening (though I didn't get a picture). If you have the chance, and the weather is nice, I highly recommend sitting outside to enjoy the fresh mountain air while you dine!
