Everything is very heavily salted. The steak was heavily salted and when sent back came back still too salty. The service was excellent

Amazing steakhouse. Tuna tartare as a starter was great. The bone in filet is out of this world. Other people on the table had the Truffle butter filet and it was also amazing! Desserts were great, cocktails were awesone, if you like Bourbon get the Smoke up drink

Our server was fantastic. She guided us so we didn’t order too much food and gave wonderful suggestions on the menu. They don’t have Tito’s or Kettle One vodka (weird huh? but have an extensive wine list. I would go back for the lobster roll and potato croquettes. They were excellent!

Very enjoyable meal with good food and super attentive service. Had the burrata appetizer which was a special that day and it was delicious. Followed up with some of the best croquettes I?ve ever had . Then one flight of three wagyu which my wife enjoyed a lot but did not do it for me. Then had an outstanding dry aged cowgirl which was excellent. Then baked Alaska which was fun and enjoyable. The overwhelming wine list with nobody to guide you is de rigueur inAspen. I had a Ferrand Lartigue St Emillion which was fine, but not really worth the price. All in all, it was a really enjoyable meal. View menu

The bartender was very friendly, but I found the drinks to be just average. I don’t mind paying $30 for a margarita, especially in Aspen, but this one felt more like it was worth $5 at most. As for dinner, the menu was quite limited. We tried a sushi roll with king crab, but it tasted like imitation crab mixed with way too much mayonnaise. We decided to stop ordering after that, as we were planning to have steak. Ultimately, we left and went to Steakhouse 316, which was amazing. Everything we tried at Catch was disappointing, and we felt it wasn’t worth the price we paid. I would highly recommend spending your money elsewhere when in Aspen. It was a very disappointing experience.

I don't know what to say. The food was good, but it was ridiculously overpriced for the portion sizes. The most disappointing part of the evening, however, was the service. The impersonal, factory-like approach to quickly turning over tables was both rude and jarring. Our plates were removed while we were still eating, with forks in hand, and we had to repeatedly ask for our food to be returned. The waiter seemed completely disinterested in our table and hardly paid attention when we spoke. It's disheartening to think about how much we spent for such a poor experience. Exceptional service, outstanding food, and breathtaking views! I only wish I had a larger appetite to sample everything on the menu. The wedge salad was packed with flavor, featuring generous chunks of bacon and a delightful creamy sesame dressing. The sizzling shrimp were a highlight, perfectly paired with a mildly spicy lobster sauce, and they were incredibly juicy and tender. I ordered the 12oz bone-in cowgirl ribeye, while my wife opted for the 8oz truffle butter filet. Both were cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor.
