"I am currently writing this review while standing in line at this restaurant. This place is incredibly disappointing. I sat in the drive-thru for 9 minutes, yes 9 minutes, without any acknowledgement, even though there was a car in front of me experiencing the same issue. Not to mention, there were 3 cars behind me with customers who ended up leaving. Frustrated, I decided to go inside to see what was causing the delay. To my dismay, there was a line of 10 people and the employees were moving at an incredibly slow pace. There was no sense of urgency or care for the customers. One employee was wearing a headset, but I didn't see him take any orders at the drive-thru. I rarely visit Wendy's as I try to avoid fast food establishments, but I really wanted some nuggets today. After this experience, I can confidently say that I will never return to this restaurant or order anything from here again. The lack of customer service is appalling. It seems like the employees simply don't care, and I can only assume that corporate doesn't either. On a side note, there is a Chik Fil A only 2 miles away, and I wouldn't be surprised if I see some former Wendy's customers there instead."
