"My wife and I met another couple at the restaurant since it is conveniently located about halfway between our homes. My friend and I both ordered the Polish Platter, while my wife had the Bangkok Chicken, and my friend’s wife went for the chopped steak. The atmosphere was pleasant, the prices were reasonable, and the food was quite good. However, I did have an issue with the service. Our waitress, Andrea, seemed to view serving us as a burden.
While we waited for our meals, a young boy approached with a platter of fish, asking if we had ordered it. We informed him that we hadn’t, and he moved to another table. Later, he returned with our food but was unsure who had ordered what. After we identified which plates belonged to each of us, my friend’s wife discovered she had mashed potatoes instead of the baked potato she had ordered. Although the boy offered to take it back and fix the mistake, she decided to go ahead and eat the mashed potatoes.
Throughout our visit, the waitress was hardly present, and I had to ask other staff members for coffee refills a couple of times. Her attitude left a negative impression on me, and I’m unlikely to return because of it."
