"Both my husband and I ordered the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla, and I absolutely loved it! It might just become my new favorite dish on the menu—it's that good! Afterward, we decided to try the sweet shots, which come with three small dessert portions. It was the perfect amount, especially since there were three of us, allowing everyone to have a taste. I tried the red velvet shot, and while it was decent, the icing was a bit too sweet for my liking. My husband enjoyed the warm cinnamon bun, and my mom had the chocolate fudge brownie, which seemed to be a hit with everyone. It was warm and gooey—so delicious! Overall, it was a fantastic experience and a great value."

"What is happening at this restaurant? The wait times are exceptionally long, and they frequently get orders wrong, even when you've clearly mentioned any food allergies. They often charge the incorrect amounts as well. We've had to call a supervisor on several occasions during our visits to resolve these issues. To make matters worse, the bathrooms are the worst in town—worse than those in downtown parking garages frequented by homeless people. These restrooms appear to have not been cleaned since 1998. Is there a fundamental misunderstanding of how to operate a restaurant here, or is it simply that no capable individuals are willing to work in this establishment?"

"I really enjoy the fresh pairing deal they currently offer. I ordered a half portion of Texas Cheese Fries as my appetizer and the Crispy Chicken Tacos for my main course. It’s a great value for the price and there’s plenty of food. The service was good, and we didn’t have to wait for a table. I do wish they would introduce a combo that includes a drink, perhaps something similar to the fresh pairing deal. I hope they keep this promotion around for some time."

"the monte crew is back in chilis! during our visit today it took approx. 4 minutes to take place and there were no one at the front end of the restaurant to welcome us. the server has set us. the restaurant was decently clean. after ordering the drinks were super fast. blue lagoon drinks for the children and they loved it. the drinks literally took 3 minutes to arrive. appetizer lasted 4 minutes we had our food ready within 15 minutes of ordering! I didn't even finish my salad. my drink was a blue agave margarita, a little sweet but tasty. after eating, although the sweet was too much for me, I asked them to be removed. blah! there were no silverware and we asked for him a few times. also no serviettes. the condition of the bathroom was not pleasant. I heard server talking about reviews while I went to the tables. very unprofessional. if assessments have top priority, cleanliness and attention should be given to the customer priority. no reviews! the server was friendly and very patient with my children who is a great victor in my book. all in all, I would rate this visit to chili as 6 out of 10."

"Ordered curbside. Checked in. Received reply saying our food would be BROUGHT OUT to us shortly Waited over 45 minutes; nobody came out with food. Phoned restaurant 7 times. They did not answer their phone!! I finally had to go *inside* to get our order. Asked why they don't answer the phone, a rude staff member said: sometimes it's busy (Note: WE were one of only TWO customers in the entire parking lot Our food was bagged just sitting there for who knows HOW long! I complained that it might be cold now. She handed me the bag, said Have a nice day This is unacceptable! ALSO: This is the 2nd time we've had this exact same experience. The same thing happened at a different Chili's location last year! Apparently, you train ALL your staff to ignore curbside orders in *every* store?? We will be telling friends family to avoid Chili's. Too bad, because the food is good. By the way, we also asked for utensils with our order. Did not receive them. Lucky for us, we had some in the car from another restaurant order. All in all, your store was a very disappointing experience. We won't be back."

"My wife and I had the worst dinner ever. The waiting for everything was horrible. We had to wait about 5 min to be seated. Then we had to wait almost 10-15 minutes for the waitress to come by and get our drink order. By that time we had decided on everything we were wanting. After we gave our order, it took another 5-10 to just get our too little ice ice tea. Then we waited another 10-15 minutes to get our appetizer. And another 15 minutes to get 1 entree and 1 side salad. When we were finally done eating we waited another 15 minutes before I had to go talk to the host about getting a box and our check. He brought our box right away but not our check. The food was not that great but the service was just plain horrible. On top of the waiting, our waitress was very rude when interacting with us. And when she was dealing with tables near us, she would always walk by us and never once acknowledge us. We always had to try to call for her and that didn’t always work either. The waitresses name was Ayanna"

"This review is long overdue !!! I frequently visit this Chili’s rather it be dine in or carry-out and my experiences have always been great in the past 1.5 years I’ve been in this area and today !! I’ve always received great customer service from the hostess , waitress , management!! Let me not forget the kitchen staff they need their props too! My food has never been just “lukewarm” it’s always fresh and correct ! I thank you all and writing this long overdue review on today due to yet another great visit!! Also, shoutout to manager Emma on tonight’s shift , I let her know while there the great service received and she was very heartfelt about it , she showed that it meant a lot to her , Chili’s you all ought to keep her around she truly cares and shows passion towards what she is doing and her customers !"

"I was only picking up a half order of loaded fries and after I got home ,they didn't look fresh like they usually do. They looked like they had been sitting a while or they heated them for too long. The cheeses didn't look golden and gooey but hard. I reheated so I could get that effect but it wasn't the same. I did an online curbside pick up and had to go in when my order wasn't ready after waiting an additional 10 min. After it was supposed to be ready."

"My husband and I have given this location a try a few times and every time it is the same, just okay. We go before dinner so it’s not busy, but then that leaves the bartender being the only waiter there. So they’re juggling a lot, and it is hard to watch. EVERY time we order chips and a dip, the chips come out visibly covered thick with salt. Ruins the dip completely, even after brushing as much salt off as we can, it’s just too much salt. Other than the chips, the food isn’t bad. But overall the experience is just okay. My husband and I love coming to chili’s for cheap local mini dates, but we will have to find somewhere else. "My daughter and I stopped here for lunch. We were seated quickly, and our waitress, Justice, was amazing. Despite being allergic to shellfish, she provided us with excellent service and hospitality. The manager, Mr. Terrace Martin, was also very nice and made sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely be back!"

"What's cheaper than a gallon of gas? The Presidente Margarita! Little update I should have never gotten excited that a margarita was less than a $5 gallon of gas... April's margarita is still less than a gallon of premium at $6... Now I don't havemoney for either gas or margaritas Update update: so I stopped by at 7pm on a weeknight. Doors were locked and a sign saidthat hours had been trimmed to 8:30 pm. I didn't understand why the doors were locked and then the manager came out andexplained there was an issue that caused them to close even earlier. Update update+: A Sunday night at 8, two tables areoccupied and the bar is closed. We were told to wait 5 minutes so we didn't stay. Six months ago, Red Robin a half a mile awayclosed. The future for this Chilies looks sad and grim as well."

"Severely understaffed. Tables that remained full of plates and dirty dishes, food, mess, etc. all around us.Upon arrival, the hostess almost seem to discourage us from even being there, let us know that the weary was going to be one to two hours, even though there were plenty of empty tables. We pointed that out, and she informed us that there were only two servers.We decided to stay, because she told us, she would squeeze the five of us at a four person table .The service was pretty terrible, lots of forgotten items, etc. but I don’t blame the waiter, I think he was just overwhelmed .The food was… meh. Cold chicken strips that were chewy, so I’m thinking probably the staff shortage extended into the kitchen as well.The bar area seemed pretty fun- lots of happy people, and what appeared to be very attentive bartender, I was sorry, I didn’t sit there instead!"

"Surprisingly good, and this isn 't a restaurant I visit often. Maybe once oe twice in the last year or so, and there were new to me menu items that were fantastic. Ribs and nashville hot wings, I spilled my drink and an employee looked at me like he had just witnessed a car crash and said nothing. Aside from that the server was fantastic, helpful and prompt. "Server Katie last night was a disaster. We were there well before closing time. I ask for hot tea she said they didn 't have any. Ok so I ask for coffee. She said they did away with hot drinks odd but ok so I ordered sweet tea that tasted like dirty water so I switched to a Dr Pepper even though I don 't like soda. I see coffee listed on the menu and my son in law said they probably didn 't get me menus. I tried to get her attention 3 times to let her know we were ready to order. She finally comes back and we order. A guy brought out our soups and I asked him about the coffee and he offered to brew a fresh pot for me. When Katie saw I had coffee she said oh they bright you a coffee they told me the machine was broke . So that 's 2 lies. The food comes out, brought by the same guy, my son in laws meal was wrong but the guy fixed it right away. Katie should 've just said she was too lazy to get the coffee or told a believable lie about the machine being broke. My order came with a portion of mashed potatoes that was so small it wouldn 't have been enough for a toddler. After I paid I go to talk to the manager at the to go counter an older guy. The manager seemed uninterested in my concerns. He was not apologetic or concerned at all. His whole response was I 'll look into it. I donated what would 've been Katie 's 20% tip to St Jude because she surely didn 't deserve it. This want my first time here but after the managers lack of concern and Katie 's blatant disregard for their patrons it may be my last time there. If management wants to check any of this my visit was 4/7/24 Katie at table 69 time on check says 9:30 pm the number under the time is 3020321. We had two checks I was check number two. My son in law and daughter were check number one and he had the steak that was supposed to be corn instead of broccoli."

"They were short of staff but the service was excellent. We waited for 5 minutes and were given a table. I ordered the Cajun Chicken Alfredo Pasta in the 3 for $10 menu. It was delicious and tasty. The chicken was well made and the pasta well cooked. The garlic bread that comes with it was soft. We also got an order of the Classic Nachos and they were good. The chicken was tender and the cheese was very well melted. Overall the food was good as always and the service was exceptional."

"Horrible service by management. We came here for dinner tonight with our two year old. First we ordered appetizers and the wings all came out ICE cold, they felt like they were refrigerated that's how cold they were. We asked them to take them back and bring out mozzarella sticks instead and we watched as management stopped our server to ask why she was doing that on the way back to our table. Then 45+ minutes passed and we still had no dinner. Our 2 year old at this point was asking over and over for his meal. Turns out, something went wrong and our order never made it back to the chef. Our waitress told us not to pay on the terminal and she was going to talk to the manager because of everything that happened between the cold chicken and our food never making it back. She had to take our order again and send it back. The manager never came over, never spoke to us, ended up not wanting to give us anything off the check like they waitress had mentioned. We were there for an hour and 20 minutes and had to flag someone down to even get our check."

"The Hostess was friendly as well as our waitress. There was a wide selection of food and beverage choices. Our waitress was attentive and made every effort to explain and accommodate our condiment, beverage refill and remaining leftover food takeoutneeds. She was quick and efficient. The food was served hot although there was a need to explain once I received my order, thesmall portion. I order the special which I was then explained was half size. I would have liked a bit more, but that would beanother order being placed. Overall for a 1st time visit I can away satisfied, if not really full."
