"I went to the restaurant last night, Friday night, to see a popular local band. I had planned on having dinner as well. However, I was surprised to find out that there was a $15 cover charge all day, whether or not you were eating dinner, making it a more expensive night than expected. This is the second time I have had dinner there, and both times it was just okay. The first time I ordered the sirloin steak and it was a bit tough and overcooked. Last night, I ordered the steak tips and had a similar experience - the meat was tough. I am unsure if it was a Select cut (the cheapest of red meats) or a Choice cut. I mentioned this to the waitress and the manager, but nothing was done about it. Additionally, our table was not set up for dinner and we had no silverware. We had to wait about 10 minutes before informing another waiter. Overall, the service was poor and I do not plan on eating there again."
