After explaining the issue, they agreed to exchange the item for crispy chicken to ensure it was not cold. When I drove two miles back to the restaurant, they only handed me the chicken. I requested a full exchange since the previous salad was already mixed, and the young lady in the front had to get permission from the manager to complete the exchange. Additionally, she was reluctant to give me dressing for the salad, and I had to ask for it. Overall, the restaurant made me feel like I was begging for good service. It's unfortunate that there aren't many other choices in the area, especially after working a 12-hour shift."
