"I walked in and waited for 6 minutes with no acknowledgment from the staff, I’m not sure what the issue is here but all I wanted to do was buy food. At one point even the cook came out from the back and mentioned they should help me and yet they still didn’t. Big bummer, for a jack in the box the restaurant itself seemed clean and well kept. Regardless I won’t be recommending or returning. I don’t quite understand why they didn’t say a word to me, there was no interaction or conversation whatsoever. Super disappointed."

The drive-thru service is quite slow in getting your food ready. There was no one in the lobby, and only one car ahead of me in the drive-thru.

Order the chicken teriyaki bowl...Amazing! The staff were a little preoccupied with each other and forgot to add utensils to the bag. I double checked my bag and asked for utensils, the guy in the window seemed annoyed but filled my request. Mostly a goodexperience, employees need to focus more on the customers.

I came in today because I was on my lunch break and it said online that they were open, but of course they weren?t. Because why would you be open in the middle of the day on a weekend? ???? no signage or anything in the drive thru to even indicate theywere closed. Extremely disappointing to have wasted my time coming here

The food was excellent, and my favorite is definitely The Ultimate Cheeseburger. The atmosphere at this Jack is somewhat sterile, though it is clean. My only concern is that after placing a mobile order, the staff doesn’t notify me when my food is ready. I often have to ask about it, only to find that my order has been sitting there. View menu

Food was ok was need to get something before the drive to Eugene for the Ducks game, the sausage looked like was kinda old looking but the Hashbrown was fresh, but drive thru was pretty slow compared to others it 12pm start of lunch so as ex employeeare breakfast sandwiches should of been cooked to order so everything should of been fresh.

I was traveling and stopped here for lunch. I went to the drive thru, got my lunch and headed on down the road. Went to eat my lunch and the order was totally messed up. The food they gave me had been sitting around for awhile, and tasted stale. I?vetried calling them, and they don?t answer the phone. Sorry I have to give them one star, this is the worst Jack in the Box!!
