"Honestly Im shocked at how consistently this place gets your order wrong. There is no excuse when you have a manager taking orders. For the 10th time they messed up my order. Im not exaggerating. They are so so so bad. Ive never had my entire order when I come here. Im sure Ive lost at least 100$ in food. I shouldn’t have to drive all the way home and back every time I get food from here."

"Yesterday, 9/29/2022 at 8:30:31AM, I witnessed my first wild Karen encounter as I was pulling up to the window to receive my food that I kindly asked for. The lady was white(typical), around 50 years old and not pulling it off very well(also typical),and she was yelling threats as well as insults at a young, female cashier. From what I caught, the older hag was calling theyoung cashier a ?bitch? and to meet her outside ?to fight her.? The older woman, of course, demanded a manager(really a spot-onKaren), and drove off in a huff after complaining to said manager that the cashier ?wasn?t respectful enough.? It was trulyYouTube material, but the whole encounter ended in about 3 minutes after I pulled up behind her. Finally, when it was my turn, Idrove up and apologized to the employee that was handling the register as the female cashier was calming down as she wasshaking. The male employee(David) asked if I saw what happened, and I replied that I caught the end of it and that I?d wished Irecorded it. As such, I?m writing this review to recognize the patience of the employees working there yesterday morning. It?snot your fault, and if the young female cashier was reported by the Karen to Corporate, here?s my testimony to counteract hers."

"Pretty good for a fast food, meal deal experience. The service was pretty quick, even though they were short staffed. The dining room was clean, as were the restrooms. The food was hot and tasty. My Wife had the breakfast platter and I had the bonusJack burger combo. The burger was what I expected from an inexpensive burger, tasty but not high quality. The fries were hotand flavorful but a bit soggy. The breakfast platter was hot and yummy. All in all, a good fast food experience."

"My boyfriend was there last night and we weren’t given all of our order nor the correct drink. The place is 24hrs, so we attempted to call as soon as he got home and we saw the issue, but the phone just rings until what sounds like a fax machine picks up. I attempted multiple times last night and today with the same results. We want our money back for our missing items, but it seems this location is all about being rude and stealing from people instead of answering and rectifying their errors."

"When I was a kid, I remembered getting the Bonus Jack. It was the best burger. This is nothing like I remembered, and it came with Jacks Secret Sauce. This Bonus Jack was very sad. It came with a light tasting bbq sauce, NOT JACKS SECRET SAUCE, as stated on the website app. What a waste of money I also ordered the Halfsie which is suppose to be 50/50 fries and curly fries, more like 90 percent fries and 10 percent curly fries, again what a waste of money, and why did I not complain... it was a too go order, and it was not worth driving back, so the best thing to do is post it on the website. Overall Rating: One Star"
"So I arrived at the Jack In the Box restaurant's drive-thru at 1257 Park St.on Saturday morning (11/4/2023 . I placed my order and proceeded to the pick up window. As I was preparing to pay with Apple Pay, the cashier (Latin manager slides the payment device over the drive-thru counter with cord dangling and turns his attention to preparing my order. I appreciate his attenton with my order but I am a 5'8 Asian male with short arms. I told him I can't reach that far but he resisted to not meet me halfway and hold the payment device out of the window to allow me to swipe my card. Now this has not been the only occasion but I've noticed him doing it over and over again at this location in the past. I mean I am the customer and I expect adequate customer service but for him to just drop the payment device with the extended cord attached expecting me to get out of my car to pay for my food is absurd. He didn't even acknowledge that I was struggling or reaching out as far as I could but still no reaction from him. Unfortunately I had to tell him that I could not reach the payment device. Also I feel my car was close enough to the window (within 2 ft. . In closing, I would rate my experience was awful in relation to the customer service from this employee. I didn't give in to his expectations for me to get out of my car to pay for my food so I left the premises ."

"I had been eager to try their new Jack's Fan Favs Box, and it did not disappoint! It's a fantastic assortment to snack on, featuring 13 mini tacos, 6 mozzarella sticks, and curly fries, all neatly packaged in a cute box. It also comes with buttermilk dressing, marinara sauce, and a delicious creamy avocado lime dressing. Additionally, I ordered a 7-piece serving of jalapeño poppers. This spread was perfect for sharing while enjoying a cozy movie day at home!"

"I was genuinely impressed by the food I ordered, which is rare for fast food. The crispy chicken was freshly cooked and served hot, while the extra lettuce and tomato were crisp and chilled. The bun was both fresh and perfectly toasted, and the fries were hot and fresh as well. Usually, when I eat fast food, there's always something off – limp fries or a cold sandwich, for instance. However, at this Jack in the Box location, everything was spot on. I will definitely choose this location over our local McDonald's or Wendy's in the future. I left feeling satisfied, especially given that one meal cost nearly $12. Thank you!"

"It was a hot day in San Jose, and I was in need of a meal. While driving home, I decided to stop at a drive-thru that was conveniently on my route. However, my experience was far from pleasant. The person at the window ran my card three times and even asked for my PIN, which I, of course, refused to provide. I ordered food for my child, but unfortunately, it arrived cold despite the scorching 98-degree weather. We had to pay extra for sauce, even though we ordered chicken strips! The total bill came to $30 for a plain cheeseburger, chicken strips, fries, ranch, and a drink. We also paid for taco sauce and ranch for the fries. To top it all off, we didn’t receive a receipt. So far, I’ve only seen one transaction on my bank statement, but I'm keeping a close watch on my account. I won’t be using my card again until I feel confident that my information is secure."

"Jack in the Box can be hit or miss for me; I hadn’t been there in three years. The drive-thru experience was a bit of a gamble—half the time I felt like they couldn’t understand me. However, once I placed my breakfast order, everything turned out well. The food was warm and fresh, and my soda was just right. I really can’t say much more than that the location is convenient, situated on Sand Canyon and right next to the 5 freeway."

"I walked in with my 2 little girls 5 6 yrs old I got them some churros to go. They wanted a little splash of vanilla ice cream from the shakes on top like they did it for us at a different Javk in the box. I was willing to pay for it. Just a little on top taste better looks fancy. Well the manager said No. It was nobody there no costumers. OK that 's fine, them I asked to buy a vanilla shake do it myself. I didn 't need a 7 shake just to put aspoon full on top throw the shake away.. thats my little girl 's I want to pleased them with what they want. Well they refused to sell me a the shake. Why? I don 't know. Maybe the manager wanted to win didn 't want me to get my way. or he was power tripping. Or maybe cut I look Latino I was in Huntington Beach.. don 't know why he didn 't want to sell me a shake.. hurt my little girls feelings I have no idea. I call it discrimination. I 'm lucky they had a 7-11 next door we got our ice cream there. my little girls wre happy... I think my is as good as everyone 's . Very disappointed Jack...Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all . Hurt my 2 little girls feelings. We weren 't asking for free food.. I had like 300 in my pocket. We could of went anywhere else but they wanted mini churros with vanilla ice cream."

"Went early this morning from 10:25am-11:00am to get breakfast for my husband and his coworker, and we ordered 2 extreme sausage sandwiches (1 with bacon and one without) along with 1 meat lovers breakfast burrito.I was coming to an end of my food when I came across 4 shards of broken plastic! Something must've broken in the process of making my food, whilst the other sandwich was absolutely fine.I thought it was egg shell for some reason, but no--legitimately black plastic shards of something in my sandwich."

"I hate to say this about JITB because I'm usually happy with their food. But the Bacon and Swiss Buttery Jack I got this time was not very good. It looked like and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for half a day. It pretty much had zero flavor, and all the ingredients seemed to have melded into one glob. I will probably go to this particular site again sometime. But if I get the same burger in the same condition, I will have to seriously consider not getting that burger again."

"What frustrated me was that I asked if there was any way to work around the situation, like ordering there and paying in person, especially since the line was so long. Instead, I had to wait in line without any food, discount, or alternative offered. The employee essentially told me that there was no way to resolve it, which was frustrating. Having worked in the food industry for over seven years, I know that this was not the best way to handle a customer. She made no effort to apologize for the inconvenience or offer any solutions. I understand that everyone has off days, but this situation was poorly managed."

"The reason i give this only one star is because once you have given your order, when you get up to the window to pay and get your food, they will not allow you to add anything to your order. This is totally ridiculous and it definitely does not scream CUSTOMER SERVICE. Its bad enough the high prices we pay for items that are half the size they used to be, and that customers have to request any condiments they want or you get nothing, but not being able to add to your order once at the window is just bad for business. I know for one that i am tired of being ripped off by every business in this area!! Get it together Jack In The Box! Your rules stink, makes me never want to go there again!!"
