"What frustrated me was that I asked if there was any way to work around the situation, like ordering there and paying in person, especially since the line was so long. Instead, I had to wait in line without any food, discount, or alternative offered. The employee essentially told me that there was no way to resolve it, which was frustrating. Having worked in the food industry for over seven years, I know that this was not the best way to handle a customer. She made no effort to apologize for the inconvenience or offer any solutions. I understand that everyone has off days, but this situation was poorly managed."

I went to this one, Cuz the one by my house on 5141 Jackson Dr. always screws up the order, so I got tired of it and they're slow as hell. I always ask for extra secret sauce and pickle's?? and hardy get Shhhh-it getting really got tired of it.

I really enjoy this Jack in the late nights. The food is consistently fresh and hot, and the drive-thru staff is always smiling and friendly. Even the wait time in the drive-thru is usually no more than 8 minutes, which is excellent compared to other Jacks. Believe me, I wouldn’t steer you wrong! View menu

There was a big parking lot and a drive through! The staff was so nice and positive! I loved their Pineapple Express Shake!! It was really thick, creamy and flavorful! The hash browns were crispy and not oily at all!! The tacos were thin but they wereokay???? The loaded breakfast sandwich was amazing! Golden crispy, the bacon and sausage were good too!!

Ehhhhhhhh... we ordered dinner for the 2 of us and when we finally got it my combo had the wrong sandwich and the side was so burnt it was GROSS. I asked for no onions as I'm ALLERGIC and still got them on the wrong sandwich... I know they get paid justabove minimum wage, but jeeze they can at least get the order right! I would fight for them to get paid better if they actuallygot them and the allergy issues right
