"When I was a kid, I remembered getting the Bonus Jack. It was the best burger. This is nothing like I remembered, and it came with Jacks Secret Sauce. This Bonus Jack was very sad. It came with a light tasting bbq sauce, NOT JACKS SECRET SAUCE, as stated on the website app. What a waste of money I also ordered the Halfsie which is suppose to be 50/50 fries and curly fries, more like 90 percent fries and 10 percent curly fries, again what a waste of money, and why did I not complain... it was a too go order, and it was not worth driving back, so the best thing to do is post it on the website. Overall Rating: One Star"

Standard Jack in the box. Once in 2020 I had the breakfast platter and the pancakes were like stones. Since then I haven't had any issues with food quality so I assume it was a fluke. When I order through the app or use EBT they are very stingy with sauce. My daughter loves sauce for her fries and they only put one in. I then have to ask for a receipt but they threw it away so I have to weight for someone to come over and help reprint it. This has happened several times, however, if I pay using debit or cash it's completely different, no issue getting a receipt and I get handfuls of sauce.
