The restaurant was dirty, and the chef was cooking without gloves after handling money, without even washing his hands. When I asked him to put on gloves, he got upset. To top it off, my order wasn't complete when I received it. This place used to be really good.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Jack in the Box. The service was poor, as it took an unreasonably long time for my food to arrive. When it finally did, it was cold and undercooked. Overall, I was not impressed with this location and I certainly won’t be coming back.

Sometimes you will order food and they just won't give it to you. If you're out of stock just say so, don't throw whatever into my bag then try to convince me that a burrito is a croissant. Be prepared for a wait at the drive-thru, about 5-10 minutes per car no matter when you go. It seems like they may be short-staffed, but they also don't seem too rushed. Make sure to ask for napkins and ketchup. Other than that, the restaurant seems decent. Update: It appears they have gotten better.

I spent nearly $50 at Jack in the Box and was really let down. I only received two ranch dipping sauces with my chicken nuggets, which came from two kids' meals. I had to pay extra for more ranch when I ordered three munchie meals. For the munchie meal, I requested onion rings and only got three tiny ones—are you kidding me? Additionally, I asked for sweet iced tea and was given unsweetened instead. I won't be returning to the Jack in the Box on Hamilton Avenue.

Hello, I am not sure who to reach out to, but I am confused as to why this restaurant has a closing time and yet the employees refuse to continue serving after 1:30 am, even though they are supposed to be open until 3 am. Today, I arrived at 1:35 am and encountered a very rude Indian employee who refused to take my order. I waited at the speaker and the window for a long time, but he did not want to assist me. I believe that if the cashiers are unwilling to do their job, they should not be working there because they do not seem to care about their work. I had a really disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. There was a male Hispanic employee—who I believe is a supervisor or manager—who had a terrible attitude. He seemed constantly angry and rushed everyone while they were trying to place their orders. I also witnessed him arguing with an older lady who came in to voice her complaints about how she was treated. It’s clear that he lacks any sense of customer service, and the other employees seem afraid of him. I sincerely hope that management takes action regarding this situation, as he reflects poorly on your establishment. I visited on October 8, 2023, at 9:30 AM.

I've been coming to this Jack in the box for 13 years. This is right the first time that I give bad service. When I order my order. He repeated back but when I got home, it was not the right order. I was missing items when I went back to ask him. He kids aggressive, talking back to me. And when he handle my food that he would make, he'd throw it to me. And I've been saying, constantly, when these 2 people are working there and on top of that, they don't have safety, they don't know anything about cross-contamination. It was a hot day in San Jose, and I was in need of a meal. While driving home, I decided to stop at a drive-thru that was conveniently on my route. However, my experience was far from pleasant. The person at the window ran my card three times and even asked for my PIN, which I, of course, refused to provide. I ordered food for my child, but unfortunately, it arrived cold despite the scorching 98-degree weather. We had to pay extra for sauce, even though we ordered chicken strips!
