"I was excited to dine here after seeing reviews about the diner on TikTok. However, I left feeling very disappointed. There was a long wait time for orders to be placed and there was only one server working an entire section on their own. We ordered the buffalo chicken egg rolls as an appetizer which was $18 but consisted of 2 egg rolls cut into two, which is not worth that price. I ordered one of the panini’s and the cheese was not at all melted. After receiving our food, the server never came back to check on us. The server disappeared for a long time and only came back to give us the check. The food overall was not worth the cost I would not recommend dining here."

"This place is literally a quarter mile from where I live so I've been getting my pizza etc. from them for about a year and a half. However, the quality in the pizza has been getting worse lately and it's downright unappetizing by now. The crust, especially in the center, is limp and soggy and actually wet. They don't use the pans with the holes, I guess... The chicken cheesesteak was terrible. IDK what they're using for the chicken, but it was somehow wet and dry at the same time, tasted bad, and was overall very disappointing. The french fries are poor, too. If they don't have something you order, they won't call you, they just substitute something else. Order chocolate cake, get tiramisu. Order Coke, get Pepsi. Despite living so close, everything needs to be warmed up again by the time it gets here. And their lack of mask requirement is very concerning, in this age of disease. It's so easy to be considerate of the health of others which is what masks do, protect others from you, not you from others and yet they're permitting customers to breathe and cough in the same air they're cooking in. I'm sad to write this review, but I feel like people should be aware of what they're getting into before they do it. It's awful to spend so much money on food and when it arrives, it's bad."

"I got engaged last Thursday night at the MoMa. We had reservations for 2 at 6:30. Your staff was kind enough to get us seated an hour early, and a table for 4 so we could share this moment with our daughters who worked behind the scenes to insure the proposal was a surprise. The food and service was incredible, and the ambience was spectacular. We live in the DC area but come to NYC frequently for either business or visit our daughters. We will be sure to come back when we are in town. Thanks for making it such a spectacular and memorable evening."

"We arrived at 4:50 PM for our 5 PM reservation, only to be told that the kitchen was closed and that they wouldn’t be seating anyone for the rest of the day. I requested to speak with the manager, but it took about five minutes for him to come out, presumably because he was outside smoking (it looked like he was out of cigarettes). I even received a text message confirmation from the restaurant the day before, but the manager couldn’t explain where the text came from or how I had made a reservation if they closed at 5 PM. He was completely unapologetic and condescending throughout the encounter. This was our Christmas dinner, and we were left scrambling to find somewhere else to eat. I will never dine at this restaurant again."

"If it weren’t for an issue with the server, the experience at this Applebee’s would’ve been a 5 out of 5. Our server brought our dessert AND the check BEFORE my partner and I had even finished our entree. I took a picture because I’ve never experienced this before. Our dessert had ice cream and a hot brownie, which meant the ice cream began melting while we were still finishing our main course. And then having the check at the table when dessert arrives doesn’t quite make you feel welcomed. More so like we are being expected to leave soon. How disappointing for our Massachussets visit. Everything else like the food, prices and atmosphere were good at this restaurant. I hope all guests can be treated fairly and consistently."

"Waited 20 minutes but it was worth it! Annah was our server and gave us phenomenal service. We got our food and drinks quickly, and never waited for a refill. "We can in for a girl's day. It took the bar tender forever make a drink. Quiet honestly I was there for 45, mins before the bar tender made my drink. And the waitress came up and told me she kept forgetting..... There were maybe four other tables in the whole restaurant. It took them almost 1 hr 30 mins to bring our food out. The food was good. It was warm, not hot but warm. I got the fiesta lime chicken and three cheese chicken penne. The pasta was perfect and cheesey and chicken was great. The last time I ate here the wait was horrible as well, and my fiesta lime chicken was Burt to a crisp. And I mean actually black, hard burnt. This time, it was cooked right but you can tell it had been sitting under the warming lamp too long. My tortilla strips were rubbery, and soggy....they out waaaayy too much of the lime sauce on top of the chicken. And as usual the rice was flavorless, dry, and rubbery. But all in all it was alright."

"We had our friends in from out of town. We ordered drinks that took minutes to receive and minutes before we were able to order our meal due to our waitress being MIA. I spoke with the manager and he advised there were two large parties so they were behind. Totally understandable, however, it didn’t seem like our waitress was hosting the other tables and completely ignored us the entire night. Our friend wanted another drink and finally went to the bar as she would not come back to check on us. When she came back to our table, she confronted him about how he went to the bar. There was nothing else to say except she never came back to ask if we needed anything else. We finally received a new waiter and he was much more hospitable and apologetic. I think she told him she wasn’t going to wait on us after that. The meal was comped and the second waiter made up for the waitress we initially had. I just have never had such poor service in my life and our friends were equally just as shocked"

"They still offer all-you-can-eat boneless wings, and I'm so glad I didn’t miss out on that experience. My friend and I tapped out after our third serving. The first plate included seven boneless wings, and the subsequent servings came with four each. I tried the Garlic Parmesan first (which I found to be soggy and overly greasy), then the Buffalo (tasted like Red Hot sauce), and finally the Asian Chili (which I really disliked—it reminded me of some carry-out beef dish whose name I can’t recall, but I just don’t like that flavor). The Buffalo wings were definitely the best. The fries were good too—not soggy at all and nicely crisp. The coleslaw only came with the first plate, and I would have preferred that over the ranch, which had a flavor reminiscent of blue cheese, for some reason. Lastly, we used the restrooms, and while there was a bit of mess, they were mostly clean and smelled really nice—like a whole bunch of raspberries. I don't usually eat at Applebee's (maybe once a year), but I think I could see myself coming back to this location next year."

"I regularly visit this restaurant with my family, but recently we've had a few issues. On our last visit, our waitress forgot to bring some of our orders, and during the past couple of visits, she had to search for refills for our drinks. It wasn't busy, so it was surprising. I understand that staffing can be challenging, but there were two tables occupied and several staff members, including four waiters, a bartender, a hostess, and someone clearing tables. Despite the service hiccups, the food was excellent, which is why we keep coming back. We go out of our way to dine here because the food is consistently good."
