"Pretty decent spot. I've been to this location multiple times and they haven't disappointed me. They have a good selection of alcoholic beverages, I recommend trying their ciders. I ordered the steak frites and it was delish. My only small concern was that my steak was not cooked to my liking, it was a little overcooked. Service was prompt and they have plenty of screens to watch sports games."

"Ordered 2 for 25 to go. The food was piping hot and delicious. I checked my order before I left and an item was missing. They were more than happy to fix the mistake. Fries were a lil crispy and hard to eat but everything else was perfect. The woman doing the curbside orders was super friendly and polite. When I went inside to get my missing item the woman taking the phone orders was getting annoyed by the caller she was dealing with and came off as snarky to the guy who was waiting to talk to her. I feel sorry for anyone having to deal with her as she seemed just awful"

"I enjoyed my date. It was busier than I expected. We got there about an hour and 15 minutes before they closed. Our waitress was nice but just a little overwhelmed. They were under staffed but we were patient. The bar took forever getting out our drinks. Our waitress said her other table just waited 45 mins for their drink as well. We got an appetizer, boneless honey bbq wings but there was a chip in our bbq sauce that looked pretty gross. Our waitress fixed it for us. The food was really good though. I enjoyed it. Took half home and it didn't make it thru the night. I like coming to this apple bees because the food is usually made right and good and it was besides the chip.Parking: Nice big parking lot for lots of customers.Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking in the front"

"We visited around 3 PM to dodge the crowds, and the atmosphere was wonderfully intimate and serene. Our server was fantastic. We decided to share the Spooky Sip Zombie drink after being informed by our server that the portions were quite large, and it turned out to be enormous! We're glad we decided to share because it was absolutely delicious. Both of us ordered the steak with shrimp and lemon butter sauce, and it was excellent. The Halloween decorations added a lovely touch, making it a perfect date for my husband and me. I would definitely recommend this place!"

"I requested a well-done burger with no pink, as instructed by the waitress. Unfortunately, when it finally arrived at our table, it was rare. We sent it back and when it returned, my family had already finished their meals. The burger was covered in fat and burnt around the edges. The manager gave us a voucher for a free appetizer on our next visit, but I do not plan on returning to this restaurant again."

"I recently had dinner at this restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. The price per person was between $20-30, which I found to be reasonable for the quality of the meal. The food was top-notch and I would give it a 5 out of 5 rating. The service was also excellent, with attentive and friendly staff that made the dining experience even better. "Whenever a group of industrial salespeople gather, there is always the potential for chaos. However, the staff at Champps exceeded my expectations! I requested for a few things to be prepared in advance for when everyone arrived, and they were delivered right on time. Our server, whose name I unfortunately do not recall and was not listed on the receipt, provided great service without being overbearing. This was my first customer lunch at Champps, but it certainly won't be my last. Excellent job today!"

"I would like to give this restaurant 5 stars, but I was unable to due to the fact that smoking is allowed. Despite this, our experience was excellent! The staff was very friendly and there were many televisions for watching football on Sunday afternoons. The beer selection was impressive and the appetizer of spelt and cheese dip was delicious. The barnyard burger was the standout dish, with bacon, gooey cheese, juicy meat, and a sunny side egg. It was juicy and messy but amazing. Without a doubt, one of the best burgers I have ever had. Our visit to Memphis is now complete!"

"Great service, the kitchen seems a little slow. Four of us showed up and sat on Sunday at 7:30 and received our dinner at 8:45PM not sure why we had the long waiting period, the restaurant did not seem very busy. Covid could have caused the kitchen age. Once we got our food, it was great!"

"We went to Applebees last night for supper. It was not busy, maybe 8 seated tables. We have not been there for 3 years because of past poor service, but I had recently been to another Applebees in IA and had delicious food so we decided to give them a chance. First red flag. Even though more than 2/3 of the resturant was empty tables I overheard the blonde (manager? Tell the host to not seat anyone for at least 10 minutes because they had a large carside order come in. If I came into a resturant that was that empty and they wouldn 't even seat me and get drinks I 'd walk back out. Sure enough two different partys, one with an infant carrier, stood waiting to be seated with all of those emply tables. Poor management I felt. Then our food came out. My food looked fine. However, my husband had ordered the double cheeseburger and fries. What they sat in front of him looked like a kids meal. He had about half the fries that I had and his burger was more the size of a slider. He immediately questioned the wait staff, then asked for the manager. Same blonde at the bar came over and tried to reason this small double burger was in fact what he ordered. My husband demanded she compare it to the picture on the menu. She flipped attitude and finally got the menu. Well yes it does look smaller, but its probably just the way they smashed it she literally didn 't care. I gave him most of my fries and had to talk him into leaving a tip since it was not the wait staffs fault. Not happy. Will never go to Applebees in GI again. They just don 't care. Last time it was cold food because the oven wasn 't working right. Shouldn 't a resturant close if they cannot cook the food right?"

"My family and I came for dinner this past Sunday evening. The hostess didn't seem to be happy to be at work. Bummer because she is the first person we see when walking in for dinner. Our server, Dylan, however, was super friendly and very attentive. I ordered a steak and asked for it to be cooked medium, and it came out well done. Wasn't very tasty at all, but the 2 broccoli sides, shrimp, and the parmesan sauce were really good. The house salad was amazing. 4/24: I ordered the Whisky Bacon burger. It was ok. Didn't have too much flavor like I was expecting it to have. Fries were cooked perfectly. Side salad with Ranch was great. The server, Chris, was kind and attentive. We also ordered an appetizer of the Boneless Wings. Those were good!"

"We arrived at the restaurant only to find that the dining room was closed for a private party. The only area available was the bar. We stood at a bar table for about five minutes, but no one from the restaurant came to assist us or show us to a seat. Eventually, we decided to have a nice meal at Zapata's across the parking lot instead. We probably won't be returning."

"Today’s dining experience felt a bit fancy, like a date night, at this Applebee's. The restaurant wasn’t too busy, but it was definitely worth the visit. We were seated quickly, just in time for the half-off happy hour on appetizers. As soon as our waitress, Liz C, arrived, it was clear she was knowledgeable about the menu and the food. Her service was top-notch—she consistently checked on our table and made great recommendations for our meals. The table was clean, our drinks were always filled, and our food was prepared perfectly without feeling rushed. The Buffalo wings we ordered were cooked just right—not overly sauced at all. Even while we were still enjoying our appetizers, Liz politely asked if we were ready for our entrees, which is a pleasant rarity. I asked for her input on the best dishes, and she really hit the mark with her suggestions. Overall, this is definitely a place I plan to return to for the excellent service, delicious food, and great atmosphere. I would rate the cooks a 5 out of 5 and Liz, our waitress, a perfect 5 out of 5 as well. Keep up the fantastic work!"

"We were seated promptly and our drink orders were taken right away. The food arrived quickly and was all prepared correctly. "I 've had good experiences with Applebee 's in the past, but not this time. The food was okay but could have been better. Some of the chips with our appetizer were stale, and the broccoli in the pasta was undercooked. When we arrived, we were told we would have to wait 15 20 minutes for a table, without explanation. There were several empty tables the restaurant was nearly empty, and there were several staff standing near the kitchen conversing. Upon further questioning, the hostess shared that they were short staffed. Perhaps if the hostess had stated something like we are short staffed today, so would you mind waiting 15 20 minutes? You can sit in a booth and look through the menu and sip on some water while you wait, it would have been a more pleasant experience from the start. Instead, we had to stand and wait for a table due to the limited seating area of the already crowded waiting area. I observed throughout my visit that a few minutes after we were seated, people began to get seated immediately. I also observed that several staff members, at least 2 3 at a time seemed to have time to converse. Our server was friendly enough but was not extremely attentive. Unless management improves and puts customers first here, I would not return. In addition, hostesses should have much better conversational and people skills. If I ever ordered again, I would order takeout to avoid being treated like a number."

"Absolutely terrible I would give them zero stars if I could. I went here with my family and we ordered something quick because we didn't want to waste too much time at a restaurant so we ordered soups and salads. The service was awful. We waited 45minutes to one hour for the soups and salads just to be told by the waiter that they didn't even make them yet and they werebacked up. At that point, we only paid for the drinks and walked out. What a waste of time it wasn't even that busy in therestaurant. We will never return when we are back in Reno."
