This restaurant is exceptional, serving up delicious food and drinks! The staff is wonderful and consistently greets you with a smile. It’s the ideal spot to start a night out with friends and family!

Some of the friendliest staff around, I have a 2 year old that can be a terror and they always provide great service. A lot of great drink options and food you can expect to taste great and fill you up.

Cassie was amazing! She had a fantastic attitude and delivered the best customer service we've experienced in years. She anticipated our every need and made sure our drinks were always full. I stopped by for a late lunch and was truly impressed by the restaurant's cleanliness. The staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was nice and relaxed since it wasn't too crowded. Our food came out piping hot, and the Caesar salad was fresh and tasty—no wilted or old lettuce to be found. I opted for a burger, while my husband chose the steak, and we both really enjoyed our meals.

I ordered Curbside To Go and was informed it would take about 20 minutes. I arrived exactly on time and parked in the designated pickup lane. There was a sign stating to wait for someone to come outside, but no one did. I ended up waiting another 20 minutes without any service, and cars piled up behind me, also waiting. I understand they might be short-staffed, but if that's the case, they should consider turning off the take-out option. It's disappointing because I really love their wonton tacos.

The table was spotless, our drinks were consistently filled, and our meal was not hurried; it was cooked to perfection. The Buffalo wings we ordered were just right—not overly sauced at all. Even with appetizers still on the table, Liz kindly inquired if we were ready for our main courses, which is a rare and thoughtful gesture. When I asked about her favorite dishes, I allowed her to choose for me, and her recommendation was spot on. I gave the service and atmosphere a rating of 3 because they were just okay. Although there was some service, it felt rather cold—there were no smiles or friendly conversations. What has happened?! My basic cheeseburger was served lukewarm, and the fries were excessively salty. There was even pepper on the table, so there was no reason for the kitchen to over-season them. The fries were also on the cooler side. The mozzarella sticks were similarly lukewarm. To top it off, I received four oversized receipts printed automatically—one for the business. Here are a couple of suggestions: 1. Reduce the seasoning on the fries. 2. Save on register paper by eliminating the double printing of receipts...

Now, let's talk about the food—it's absolutely delicious! Kudos to the chefs! My wife and I usually order the same dish because everything on the menu is fantastic too. We love the mac-and-cheese pasta with honey-dipped chicken strips; it's simply divine! The pasta is cooked perfectly, and the blend of cheese with the honey sauce is wonderfully savory. The chicken strips are made with moist white meat and have an amazing crispy batter! The breadstick that comes with it has a soft, doughy interior and a slightly sweet, fried exterior... YUM! Today’s dining experience felt a bit fancy, like a date night, at this Applebee's. The restaurant wasn’t too busy, but it was definitely worth the visit. We were seated quickly, just in time for the half-off happy hour on appetizers. As soon as our waitress, Liz C, arrived, it was clear she was knowledgeable about the menu and the food.
