"Upon arrival at 11:30 AM, we were disappointed to find no one at the entrance to greet us. The table we were assigned was dirty, and the floors were in a similar state. There were only five tables in total, including ours, yet it seemed that the manager and staff were seated at one of them instead of attending to the necessary cleaning, which clearly should have been addressed the night before. The music played was also unappealing—I'd recommend swapping the current playlist for some classic 70s or 80s tunes instead of the current selection. The servers also need to be more attentive. This was our second visit to this location, and now I understand why Applebee's is struggling. Our first experience here was even less satisfactory."

"We just had our friend’s bridal shower here, and it was the PERFECT place for our little party. The food was amazing, the staff was awesome, and we had a great time. They allowed us to come 30 min early to prep our table with some decorations, and were so so attentive to everything we needed! They also are releasing a new drink service next week, and they allowed us to have it for our bridal shower which was PERFECT for our party. They call it “Bogey’s bubble buckets” and it’s the cutest thing ever. It had 2 bottles of champagne, 3 different mixers, and sliced strawberries. We could all put together our own mimosas and it was so much more fun than just ordering a pitcher. All in all we had a fantastic time and we are so grateful that we spent our friend’s shower at Bogey’s. Thank you so much to Christina and the rest of the Bogey’s staff."

"Returning from travel and hungry for American food. Saw a Chili's hamburger ad while traveling home and decided it was exactly what we craved.The service was excellent. It appeared to be a team as we were brought food by other members of the crew. Food delivery was quick and hot. We dined after 5 pm on a Friday so sluggish service might be expected but that was not what we encountered.As we left, we were met by three other crew members and the manager who all wished us a good evening and a welcome to return. Kudos to you and your team."

"This restaurant has changed a lot with new workers ect, in the last 5 months not only have I or someone I know order food for pick up and when we pick up bag has our name ect sometimes we are running late from lunch at work or heading home so we forget to look in bag because we expect things to be right well it never is I have had to drive back 3x to get the right order the last time I went was a week ago the manager was fighting with customers and a worker food and plates where all over the floor and due to their fighting of course everyone's order was bagged wrong and we wasted gas coming back to get order correct the waiter was nice he apologized but management needs to do better with employees.Vegetarian options: Veggie skilletsKid-friendliness: Kids menu with coloring book.Parking: Lots of parking available.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking."

"The manager at this restaurant is outstanding! My husband was really hungry, and I couldn’t cook for him tonight, so he ordered some boneless wings to go. Unfortunately, when he picked them up, they were cold and included just a small piece of celery with a sprig. We called to explain the situation, and the manager personally prepared a fresh batch for him. It turned out perfectly—each piece was delicious and honestly the best wings we've ever had! Applebee's definitely made a great choice in hiring him. He was incredibly kind and accommodating."

"I went to Applebee on Saturday night and it was very busy. She was sitting at the bar. The staff was friendly but very slow when ordering and not very attentive. The restaurant was a bit clean, but given the crowd of people, I would say you are obliged to see some chaos. I ordered the shrimp-mounted duck and my friend ordered the salmon that came with Mac and cheese together with Broccoli. I do not enjoy the shrimp luxus, which was described as roasted shrimps with sommes and a spicy sauce on it. I had extra sauce, because the meal had hardly any. The food wasn't hot when I got it. I ordered the blondie Brownie to dessert. Very disappointed. It didn't look like the picture. They put the cream cheese frosting on the side and as I asked for my ice cream on the side, they put it in a bowl on the hot skill that completely melted my ice. Ten minutes later they came out with another topping. I didn't know if I had to prepare the dessert myself. Don't think I'll make a trip here soon."

"(Tip) When ordering delivery, it's better to use the Applebee's website, as DoorDash prices are higher along with additional fees. You can't go wrong with the riblets and Fiesta Lime Chicken, and the mozzarella sticks are also excellent. However, the steaks consistently arrive undercooked. I always request them well done, but they usually come out pink to rare. If you're looking for a treat, definitely try the Blondie—it's a delightful dessert made with maple butter and walnuts!"

"Ordered takeout with a friend as I've been wanting to check this place out for a while now. We both got the same thing the Solo's Famous Fish Dinner, which according to Door Dash comes with fries, hush puppies and choice of two sides. I got mac cheese and green beans and I did get the hush puppies, but no french fries. This all came with a good size piece of fish and overall the meal was good. The fish was perfectly cooked and well l-seasoned batter was clearly used, but the sides left something to be desired in the seasoning department. With such a large menu, I definitely would return in the future and desserts that they had at the countertop looked quite yummy too."

"The staff at this restaurant are friendly and welcoming. I really enjoy their Bourbon chicken with the garnish—it’s delicious and reasonably priced. Although I recently dined there, the food remains consistently good. Sometimes, I need to request extra garlic butter, but it's always worth it. I have only had one issue with this dish on a particular day. My family and I often visit and we love the ambiance. The 2-for-$30 deal is quite reasonable. Their burgers are also quite tasty, and the tomato soup is excellent, too."

"Ordered the all you can eat shrimp rib boneless I only got one of each and I was full I did not Gorge myself. Because I got barbecue sauce they charged me extra siting inventory reasons, but had I got a refill and ordered the sauce on the Boneless tenders I would not have been charged. So I saved them money by not ringing out an additional order for boneless tenders. I told that to the waitress so because I got the sauce on the side and didn't order another set of boneless tenders you're going to charge me for the sauce and she said yes for inventory reasons. Sorry but for the attitude problem I won't be back and I definitely made sure she knew that her tip sucked. It was just the principle of charging me for the plastic cup in the sauce but I did not order the additional tenders to save them money and because of the promotion I would have got those tenders included with the barbecue sauce as part of my meal deal."

"I was in front of one of them. I sat under a loudspeaker who was super loud and angry. we sat near a television that is super funny in a restaurant of all places. the short man who worked there was quite rude over the seat change. the place was not busy (wooow, I wonder why this could be) and there was no shortage of sitting so I did not ask the problem with a very simple and reasonable question to get a slightly better seat. this place redeemed with a wonderful server that works there, and the ground for the 2 stars instead of a star and we have tilted accordingly. I just feel like the first insurmountable error is unpredictable. it was not only a bad fit, but terrible (especially for the quality time with my man) and the behavior of the host was cruel. my man and I were still politely reserved. rest is not rude. I may be so easy to assume. the reason I came here is my man and I got a gift card here. that we cannot exchange because it is a gift card, so we have decided to reap the benefits of the gift card. I can't imagine spending my own money here after this experience."

"I have to say honestly, this place really has to bring him together. it's about the 4th time I was at this place and it won't be better. I will not go back. the service sucked, was not friendly at all, had to wait for more than 30 minutes for my meal and it wasn't even right. they want my advice not to drive the additional 20 miles to sedals where it is better or to the city."

"Had a great time with a couple of good friends that I went with. We had a few big brewtus beers and met other fun patrons while there and had the appetizer platter, which was very tasty. The bartender was fun and friendly and even the manager was there and talked with us. He was very sweet and we enjoyed the neighborhood atmosphere that Applebee's claims in it's name. They have great meal and drink deals for watching your pocketbook!
