"I do not recommend ordering from this restaurant, as this will definitely be my first and last visit. The service here is quite disappointing and the overall atmosphere is unwelcoming. While the kitchen staff seemed to efficiently handle the orders, the cashier/server's behavior reflects poorly on the establishment. It appeared that the young lady was more interested in her personal phone conversations than assisting customers. When I received a text message informing me that my order was ready, I returned to the store. However, instead of promptly giving me my food, she left it on the counter and continued her phone call. After a 12-minute wait, she finally bagged my food and handed it to me. When I asked her about the delay, she blamed one of the kitchen staff for not giving her my order. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location, nor will I recommend it to others. I urge the manager to reassess the staff, as continued poor service will lead to a loss of customers."
