"I am a restaurant owner visiting Florida on holiday, when you walk into this beautiful restaurant your mouth starts to water. Everything is bright and clean, the host had a big bright smile on her face welcoming our party. We visited this restaurant the day after Christmas and the server stated that they had a big Christmas brunch the day before. I order the surf and turf price was 45.00 price right) The presentation was a 10, looked so good the streak was cook perfect. When I sliced in to the lobster it was soggy, which tells me it was from yesterday and that was not cooked fresh for me. The baked potato was also from yesterday or it was so over cooked. The couple we were with also ordered a surf and turf and the same thing. The baked potato was overdone, and the lobster was soggy. This is the hardest part of owning a restaurant is making sure the chef or line cook taste the food before they send it out. Now you think I am some guy that’s writing this doesn’t know anything about restaurants. I own two restaurants that do over $12 million a year. The biggest thing we do is stress quality quality quality !!! I hope that the GM spends some time on the line."
