"I finally got the chance to experience restaurant week and picked the best place to start The Capital Grille. The restaurant was beautiful, elegant and classic. In the historic Equitable Building, what was once a mighty bank vault is now the entrance to the private dinning rooms on the lower level. Just stunning, don 't forget to check it out. For starters we ordered the Clam Chowder and Green Salad w/ Parmesan vinaigrette. The clam chowder was soft, creamy and had a substantial amount of clam in each bite. Now, I 'm a fan of green salads but this had to be the best salad dressing I 've ever had. I loveeeee Parmesan cheese and the vinaigrette was exactly what I was hoping it would be. I ate every single bite of the salad and really could gone for more. We ordered a Blackberry Bourbon cocktail and an Old Fashion. The blackberry bourbon drink was delish, just the right blend to accompany the mouth watering steak. We ordered just about the same thing, the Bone In Dry Aged NY Strip 14oz, one with lobster, one with jumbo shrimp and both with mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were just melt in your mouth creamy. It was such a great side to the steak. He ordered his steak medium and mine medium rare. When they arrived to the table his steak wasn 't cooked to his liking and the waiter Donavon noticed by the look on his face. Donavan asked him if he wanted to order another steak to his exact liking, he hesitated for a bit but then went with Donavon 's suggestion to eat the steak exactly the way you want it. Moments later Donavan returned with a steak cooked medium rare that was exactly how he wanted. Thank goodness Donavan asked him a couple of times because it was really worth the extra little wait. I genuinely appreciated Donavan 's attention to detail and vibe. Donavan was just a delight, exceptional service, fun and very helpful. His service was 10/10. Oh and just when we thought we were done, the desserts arrived. Hello chocolate cakes! First bite into the cake and I knew this was the right decision. The cake was served with raspberries on the side which allowed for a wonderful blend of sweetness from the cake and a bit of tartness from the raspberry. I really didn 't have enough space to finish the entire cake but I did my absolute best. I highly recommend this location we had a wonderful dining experience and can 't wait to comeback."

"I had an excellent fish and chips would turn into service. There is a music being played near the bar which added to the ambiance. My one colleague had scallops and my son had surf and turf. There was a lovely color throughout the restaurant gave a modern touch to the Tudor style interior. This restaurant is a good option if you do not want to go downtown Chicago and is attached to the Carlton hotel where my friend was staying the night. Definitely recommend this for a night out"

"This restaurant is AWESOME. It is in an old building with multiple dining areas including several walled off separate dining nooks. It reeks of history and memorabilia are everywhere including Bear Bryant's own private dining booth. The menu is awesome, food outstanding and service second to none. Seafood is the specialty with most items having their Greek heritage oozing out to please the pallet. A must try."

"I bought coffee from their traveling van at the air show in Great Falls and it was terrible. The woman who took my order was rude and unkind and then she handed out 8 orders before mine to people who ordered after me. I ordered a small iced mocha lattewhich cost 6.25 due to a ridiculous price in flavor and I didn?t even get it. After twenty minutes of waiting I reminded herkindly that I was still waiting and she just forgot my order which was odd because I had already paid. Then she finally hands mea drink so I walk off and it?s the wrong thing, she gave me a normal latte which was almost two dollars cheaper than what Ipaid. It was very infuriating because I usually don?t buy myself coffees so I was disappointed when I did."

"The restaurant experience was excellent, featuring delicious food and attentive service. Unfortunately, the hotel aspect did not meet my expectations. Upon my arrival, I found the toilet seat was broken, and the mattress was in terrible condition—worn out and in urgent need of replacement. Additionally, I ran out of hot water while shaving and, even after the water heated up again, my shower quickly turned cold, leaving me to rinse off in ice-cold water. I certainly will not be staying at the hotel again, but I would gladly return to the bar and restaurant. If I were to rate the overall establishment on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give it a 4-star rating. My two-day stay was less than enjoyable. Rooms: 2, Service: 3, Location: 4. "I don't understand how this restaurant has such high ratings because it was a complete disaster. They were out of desserts and the milkshakes had no flavor despite using only 2 types of ice cream. We received the wrong food and the mistake was blamed on the customer even though there were 6 of us to confirm the waitress's error. The bathrooms were extremely dirty and the burgers tasted like dog food. On top of all that, none of our orders were cooked or delivered properly. Absolutely disgusting."

"We were incredibly disappointed. When we arrived at 5:20p.m. for our 5:30p.m. dinner reservation, we discovered they were closed for an unspecified time due to a power outage. They had a very small hand-written sign on their back door, that we just happened to spot. We were surprised that no one had called, texted, or emailed to let us know about the closure. The power outage was not due to recent storms in the area, but rather a truck hit the power line that goes from the building out to the street. We have dined at Food Glorious Food many times over the years and have always had an excellent experience. We were not the only people with reservations who encountered a closed restaurant with no notice to the customers. We are hoping this was an anomoly and poor management decision to not notify the customers."

"I am new to the Winston-Salem area, and was happy to learn about Dom's. I've had Dom's three times, two of which were take out. 1. I ordered the Korean BBQ Cauliflower and the Spicy Mac Cheese. I placed me order online, drove to the restaurant, and when I arrived, my order was ready for pickup. 20 minutes from order to pickup. I loved that! I highly recommend the Korean BBQ. The Spicy Mac Cheese was dry. 2. I ordered the Buffalo Cauliflower and the fries. Again, I placed me order online, drove to the restaurant, and when I arrived, my order was ready for pickup. 20 minutes from order to pickup. I was not pleased with my options. There was no flavor. Breading used for the Buffalo Cauliflower was bland. 3. Last night for dinner, my wife and I decided to give Dom's one more shot. We want to support local, especially the restaurants that are plant based, as there are not many. During these times, it's important to hold a lot of grace as restaurants are understaffed and still working to navigate high turnover rates while also functioning. AND as a guest, it's important to feel welcomed and cares for. Overall, we had a pleasant experience with the staff. It was very clear that the host and the servers were very flustered. The restaurant was at about 40% capacity. Our server was as sweet as pie, but frequently forgot things like our cocktails and even gave our food to the wrong table. This was a little frustrating as there weren't many people at the restaurant. Eating at Dom's in person is something I highly suggest over takeout. My wife ordered the pizza and had plenty to take home it was delicious. I ordered the Piccata and would order it again. Overall I do believe we would go to Dom's again. I suggest that people going during dinner make a reservation. Although it wasn't packed, and they seat walk-ins, the host got really flustered when those without reservations ask to be seated. Ironically, most of the tables with reservations markers on them were empty. Over time we hope they continue to work out the kinks, and consider adding more fresh produce to the menu."

It's great that bar seating is once again available!Service was good/standard ... but why did the lady who came in with her young son, dressed like she just got out of bed [in her flip flop slippers, sweats, and tank top] go behind the counter more than once during my visit.She obviously worked there but was off duty.She went behind the counter turned one way to speak to someone out of my sight, then turned the other way and spoke to the guys through the window in the cooking area, complaining and saying she was really hungry. She sat right behind me ... returned to the back a second time and went back to the kitchen/cook area.Back at her table, when the server stopped to talk with her, she again stressed how hungry she was aggressive tone for most of the restaurant to hear her angry woman.That's quite unacceptable from your employees who are in the building, not on the clock, but clearly representing your business. Unprofessional, unsightly, and created an environment and dining experience that was just plain disturbing. This occupied all of my time for breakfast in your Xenia, OH location."

"I'm not a big amy ice cream fan and I know I'm inferior. I like it, but I'm not a huge blows mixed in my ice type, and that's her thing. all the other loves Amy’s so let my review not stop them from trying it I’m sure they love it too! I think it's also a little expensive, but that makes sense as I don't have toppings guy!
