"So this use to be a favorite for soup and food! NOT ANYMORE we specifically asked for no tomato?s on my chicken Caesar wrap it was covered with them and black olives yuck ? . I served before and was a hostess so not to make sure you would want these on a wrap how unusual and yet to blame us as patrons. We call a first then a second time after noticing the fries were so soggy for both orders and just inedible food! So nowhere would you think to not ask for black olives on a Caesar chicken wrap as she blamed me and onions on the wrap when it?s not on the menu and that is something a lot of people think is gross (black olives) and or would ask about if I wanted the black olives on the wrap ! She lied about the whole situation! After we received the food we called back and they said a manager would call us back because we didn?t feel like driving back! After we decide that both of our fries were soggy as well and my wrap was messed up didn?t want tomatoes on it especially black olives! Not to mention she forgot the ranch we asked for!!! Don?t care if she charged us for it or not! My boyfriend comes in to pick up the food that they remade for the second time and the manager and hostess are screaming at each other very unprofessional and yet thought the manager wasn?t there hmmm& whoever took the order should be nice and as well as the manager she?s the one who made the mistake and not lie! it?s not unreasonable to be upset to not want to eat something you don?t want or like! It?s Christmas time and I don?t want to waste money on food that I did not want to eat nor felt like driving back for! Thanks the next batch was good (not) it still had tomato?s in it!!! that I did not want! and two extra dressings! I called back and she swore there was no tomato?s then how do you explain these pictures WTH all in it hope someone calls me back when I spend my hard earned money and get disrespected because I?m unhappy with the food and it?s reasonable why I am as was sworn none were mixed in now what if I had a allergy I don?t but wow I just wanted my order right. Never ever again hope I ever get a refund on my wrap that is currently in the trash if they want the pictures ! Was about to finally dig in and eat it with my finally extra dressing until I see tomato?s!since a refund is so hard?! Why would I lie and still never got a call back nor refund so never again!"

"Fresh fish for a few clams is an operative phrase at The Boat House, Naples’ only “over the water” restaurant, situated literally over Naples Bay at the former Chart House. New management wisely kept the aging nautical motif ambiance, including well worn palm backed rattan chairs and tables. Floor to ceiling windows showcase bay action including sunset departures of the Double Sunshine and Naples Princess. And for spice, the sheriff’s marine patrol is on hand to nail “no wake zone” violators. Hospitality includes pleasant staffers bringing glasses of iced water without request along with menus. Piping hot Panini rolls with containers of whipped butter are tasty. A dozen seafood options range from Coconut Shrimp, Potato Encrusted Sea Bass to Bouillabaisse En Tureen, with clams, scallops, mussels and more in a garlic tomato and saffron broth. Dinner at Dusk, from $13.95, includes soup, house or Caesar salad, main course and dessert. Entrées range from a broiled or fried Seafood Combo, Jumbo Soft Shell Crab, Maryland Crabcake and Maine Lobster to Chicken Marsala, Pub Steak and Prime Rib. The House Caesar, without anchovies, had quality cheese and crunchy croutons. Although the seafood platter’s cigarette pack sized square of grouper was sorely disappointing in looks, texture and taste, the scallops and shrimp more than compensated. Rice and garlic smashed potatoes among several starchy side options melded well with fresh broccoli. Desserts, with complimentary coffee, pose a dilemma, forcing a choice among crème brulee (divine), apple crisp (quite tasty), Chocolate cake (maybe next time), rice pudding, and ice cream. While Boat House fare is more than adequate, the prize catch is ability to dine in air conditioned comfort on a steamy evening while close enough to monitor angler action on boats tied up below. Then throw in the pleasure of a pair of dolphins making unscheduled appearances only a few yards away."
