"The Burger Shack lives up to all it advertises to be. Enjoy a thick, juicy cheeseburger with classic American fast food-style fixings. I enjoyed my upgraded side to tater tots instead of fries. My wife enjoyed the fries, but we both agree they are over-seasoned. The additional add-ons to the burgers are well-prepared. I enjoyed the grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, and bacon. The level of customization is easy to navigate and comes out accurately. Because all orders are customized, the wait may be a little longer during high traffic times. That said, your order will always come out piping hot. I was able to enjoy my tots fresh and still have a hot burger waiting for me afterward. We enjoyed the spacious indoor dining, but there is also a beautiful outdoor, covered patio space."

"We came in around 1ish. Not busy but the table was dirty like they started to clean it then forgot. She asked for drinks. I asked fir fresh coffee she said well I made a fresh pot around 10ish. Then she said I think I can do that! We ordered our food had to ask several times for the rest of the extra 's. She asked our other couple if they wanted to go boxes I said Me also one box came then she brought the bill no mention if we wanted dessert or extra coffee so I asked for a to go box again I waited so when I went up to pay the bill I asked her AGAIN for a box she said oh Yeah I forgot..Guess they have to be really busy to remember such things. By the way we were the only 4 people in the place. So I paid the bill there was a service charge for using my debt card. So be AWARE take cash if you don 't want any extra cost 's tagged on your bill. They said it was written on the door. Oh well I think I it will be a while before we come back bring cash!!"

"The tacos were subpar, but my mom’s meal of fried scallops was essentially inedible. She managed to eat half of one, and we even tried to give the rest to the cats, but they wouldn't touch it either. The sautéed spinach was lacking garlic, so we ended up tossing that out as well. We spent over $100 on food, and most of it ended up in the trash. The lobster bisque from Skipjack was just mediocre."

"This was our first time back to the restaurant after the rebranding and we were pleasantly surprised that while different, the quality and execution remains high. The food choices for our diverse family (vegetarians and nonvegetarians) was still excellent. Everyone found some thing to suit them and enjoyed it when the dishes arrived. Service was very good, not invasive yet present as necessary. I have every expectation that The Kitchen Table will fill the void left by New World, and then some."

"I had been turned off by a few people because I LOVE prime rib. I had just heard great things about the restaurant. Unfortunately the whole experience was disappointing for us. We had reserved at the open table and requested a stand. When we got there, the hostess didn't confirm our reservation when we told her we booked them online and still got us to a table. She was our waitress and was pretty good. The drinks were well made but small for the price. We ordered the prime rib. I got the girls cut and my husband got the kings cut which is about a $ 20 difference in price. When they came out, they were exactly the smaller portion I ordered in length and thickness. We ordered medium rarity (which it came off like), but it had no flavor and was extremely tough. If there's one thing I love almost as much as prime rib, it's ranch dressing. It was chunky and tasted terrible. (and no, it wasn't blue cheese) To get our USD 100 bill at the end of our meal, we were both utterly disappointed with the entire meal. The quality did not reflect the cost."

"I used to order from this restaurant all the time when they first opened, and the food was so good back then. The steak hoagie, French fries, pizza, and falafel salad were all amazing and my go-to choices. However, every time I have ordered food from here in the past year, it has been absolutely terrible. I'm not sure what happened. Tonight, I decided to give it another try and ordered a falafel salad, which was really bad. There were only 3 falafel balls that were cold and soggy in the middle, the hummus (or something resembling it) tasted past its prime, and there was only 1 ounce of dressing for such a large salad. Additionally, I ordered a side of grape leaves that were like a soggy, microwaveable mess."

"I can only comment on the Philly cheesesteak and catfish nuggets, and both are cooked and prepared very well. They usually have quick service, except when they get really busy with a lot of customers. Don’t forget to try the lemon pepper seasoning on the fish—it's definitely worth it! They offer delivery and takeout. For some reason, I prefer this location over the one on the east side when it comes to the Philly cheesesteaks. I’m eager to try more items on the menu!"
