"We wanted to try a 'different ' dining experience during our New Year 's Eve in Door County. Having a chef preparing meals for sharing, as our waitress professed per order seemed appealing as my wife has a number of food allergies (including a no dairy requirement) so we could manage our dinner in a unique way. Great concept, but poor execution, however. Her primary dish arrived first, before what we considered to be our 'shared ' veggie appetizer. Tasty, but lacking something my primary dish. An hour later, after all other food was consumed, my salmon dish arrived. It was tasty, but my wife basically had to sit an watch me 'dine alone ' as she couldn 't eat the salmon or sauce it was prepared in. No hostess, a lot of waitress apologies regarding delayed food prep, and potentially nice ambience . . . but it it never came off. We probably wouldn 't return for a follow up performance, but others might enjoy the interesting cuisine. Can 't really recommend to friends or family members . . . but I wish I could."
