"I was there for a gathering after a family funeral. Our drinks, bread, and salad were served quickly. We had a buffet lunch. Penne with vodka sauce; eggplant parmesean; sausage and peppers and chicken in a cream sauce. I had the penne, chicken and sausage which were all delicious. Cookies and cannoli were served with tea and coffee.The restaurant made you feel like you were in Italy. The wait staff came around to make sure you had everything.It was a nice place for the family to gather and talk after the funeral.Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking in the front with a ramp into the restaurant."

"I am never disappointed when I come here! I brought 4 newbies and they were very happy with everything. My girlfriend even made Valentine's reservations. The service was great and the food was amazing- From the bread/oil on table, to appetizers, dinner, and through dessert! Nonna's meatballs are not to be turned down and I NEVER eat anyone's meatballs. Although I live in Dutchess I always suggest Aversano's! Drinks, food, portions, service, price, atmoshpere all GREAT! "This is a really good quality restaurant. Prices are in line for this area. I have been here many times and found many dishes that amaze me. The pork Ossobuco with the home made Papardelle is unbelievably well prepared. The Sachettini with Fontina cheese and prosciutto in a Vodka sauce is probably my favorite. The Staff is always the same and call you by your name. I like that. The owners can't do enough for you. Espresso on the house is always offered. This is my favorite restaurant by far. PLEASE TRY THIS GEM."

"Delicious dinner for a party of 8 ! Accommodations were great and the waiters were very attentive and kind. The bread served at the table was delicious, served with an olive oil mixture parmigiana cheese. All dinners come with a salad which was great fresh. I ordered the gnocchi with chicken and vodka sauce, other orders was eggplant parm, salmon, spicy pasta, and a seafood pasta dish. All meals were great and large portions. We were here for a birthday celebration and they do a nice little show. Lights turned off within the dining room, and the whole room sings ! "My husband and I stumbled upon this restaurant several months ago we're fairly new to the area and I have to say that they have been the absolute best. My family loves their Pizza we go at least once a week or once every other week there are other food is delicious as well we've had the grilled chicken hero, chicken franchise, manicotti, stuffed shells, etc... we've had multiple other dishes that they've made and they really are outstanding. Their desserts are delicious. It's definitely the perfect end to a perfect meal. They're so welcoming, pleasant and friendly; it's the place you just want to go. They're honestly awesome. "only street parking. but no problem to find a place close. there is no host or hostess desk as soon as they get in, so it is a little confusing, but when they go down the curse, they come to the escap. not written, but the personal is fast to welcome them and to sit them. they were prompt with water and menus. it is a byob and they delivered us with wine glasses with the bottle wein, which we have brought in. the salmon should die! we also had scallops that were quite delicious. the Caesar salad is excellent. the service was top notch."

"Poor poor service and was charged 2x for same order. The 3 of us went out to have a nice dinner we usually always order from here 3-4 times a month sometimes more. This particular night we were treated awful. Asked for to go containers for our soup and was given a huge tin pan with plastic cover. When asked a young man waiter to ask our server patti to please supply us with a to go cup container we heard her say they already got their freaking containers sitting in front of their face God damn Thene she proceeded to charge us seperately. When we never asked her to provide separate checks. It ALL WAS VERY EMBARRASSING. WHEN I had seen the charge went through when specifically told her not to run that card.she grabbed it and rushed off asap I was bringing out my new card but she had left already. My bank honored it of 36 change however charged me 25$ in courtesy pay. When I called tonight the woman manager who refused to disclose her name. She treated me as a 3rd class citizen. We will not be back and will make sure patty the manager whom I spoke on phone receives proper training skills with human people. Who have spent plenty over years as well as hosting dinner parties."

"I drove six hours just to dine at Paul’s. We lived in Wilson for several years, and Paul’s was always our go-to spot for entertaining visitors. "I can only hope this was a very bad day for the restaurant. And/Or they are having staffing issues. But, we had a reservation (Tuesday, Sept 7th, 2021). Got there on time. Stood in the doorway with 8 other people waiting for a At Least 15 minutes beforewe even saw one staff member. One waitress comes fom the back working 4 tables of groups of people. She is also pulling to goorders and being hostess. We and another person got sat (with no explanation as to what was going on or she needed some time)and she went to the back. People around us are all waiting. For checks, drinks, service. Everyone is complaining to each other.We wait another 15 minutes, but after seeing the chaos around us we all decided to leave. Already have been here 30 minutes andNever have getting a chance to even order anything. On our way out we still see no one, and there are still people waiting inthe doorway. Besides the long wait, the restaurant cause use some updating. Looks more like a pizza takeout from the front withrandom things all over and no theme. Looks a little beat up and Not the cleanest restaurant. I hate to out a negative review,but this was a terrible experience. Maybe she should have explained they were backed up or short of staff instead of waiting 30+minutes for us to just walk out with no one in sight. Wish the owners the best in hopes on improvement, sincerely. We love andsupport our local businesses."

I even ordered it earlier than my expected time because I know they take longer time cooking than others. "seems that the property has recently changed and unfortunately the quality has plundered. a pizza steak last week ordered with extra meat, which I received was hardly a normal steak strain, cheese slightly melted on the meat, and a tablespoon pizza sauce over it. they would have made three sandwiches with the amount they gave them. they have also changed their pizza dough, which is now best supbar. my pizza order was sausage and pfefferoni. so far, crushed sausages have been used, now it is sausage balls. if I wanted, I would go to the pizza hat. they also constantly forget about their order. I could call more games for this interruption, but it will be a novelle. for almost twenty years loyal customer, but it is time to jump ship. it's a real shame. I will say this, the shipper remains polite and efficient, so much luck to him."
