"I really dislike writing negative reviews, but my experience here was disappointing. While I didn't expect it to be Starbucks, I was still hoping for better. I was pleased to see soy milk and chai available, and the croissant with fried egg and cheese looked appealing. However, the long wait in line allowed me to notice the dirty tables and the lack of plastic utensils. I ordered a chai tea latte, only to find out they were out of chai and croissants. I ended up wasting my money on what was supposed to be a decaf soy mocha, but it tasted burnt."
